Day 227🥩🔥 Carnivore Keto Diet Weight Loss Meal Prep Food In A Day By Carnivore Dad
Day 227🥩🔥 had my very first legit workout since starting carnivore. My body felt great during the workout and seems to be able to keep up with my mind unlike in the past. Body is also definitely feeling more hungry post working out.
6:30am - barefoot shirtless sunrise walk
9:00am - 14oz homemade beef bone broth
10:45am - 0.66lb gf beef patties (2), 6oz kerigold dubliner cheese
2:00pm - 3 hard boiled eggs, salt
4:00pm - walked into a gym and had my 1st real workout of my entire carnivore journey and it was awesome. My body can finally keep up with my mind.
Warm up run 200m + mobility work
Strict push press to max weight at 5 reps (I stayed at 65lbs)
WOD was 20mins AMRAP of…
run 200m, max push ups, run 200m, max toes to bar
I completed 5 rounds. My last round of max pushups was 4, toes to bar was 5
5:30pm - 1.5mile post workout adventure walk with kids
7:00pm - 0.33lb gf beef patty (1), salt, 0.75lb beef flap steak, 1.0lb head on shrimp (13 pcs), 2T ghee, salt
I (Paul Woolley) am a father of 2 great boys, husband to 1 beautiful wife :), business owner that started carnivore diet to optimize my life, increase performance, and to lose some of that jiggley fat off my midsection. For the past few years, I thought the people that did carnivore and shared it online were influencers doing it to spite vegans and get clicks online, which is hilarious, but I'm now thinking that was not entirely true :) The reason I got started on this carnivore style of living is because one day while scrolling YouTube I ran across a JRE podcast where Joe Rogan asked Jordan B Peterson about what he's doing to have lost so much weight. Jordan shared his carnivore lifestyle and even shared some of his daughter Mikhaila Peterson story overcoming autoimmune issues on a strict version of this carnivore diet she calls the Lion Diet. I highly recommend you search both videos where they tell their stories. Next, I read The Carnivore Code by Dr. Paul Saladino to get the "how to" do this correctly. And during my daily lunch breaks I would watch videos by Dr. Anthony Chaffee, Dr. Shawn Baker, and Dr. Ken D Berry to learn more about how to do this effectively and here I am, down 57+lbs, sharing my carnivore diet transformation journey.
