Welcome to our 21 day 10min a day challenge for Breath of Abundance, through a powerful conscious breath (pranayama and also a Cleansing Sat Kriya for the lungs) that comes from the ancient yogis of India, this breath will take us to the deeper state of mind in only a few minutes, at this state of mind we are able to reprogram our mind through conscious affirmations that I will guide you in a five minute meditation, please see the introduction video with instructions on how to do this breath.

Kapalabhati or the breath of fire is a Sat Kriya and a Pranayama at the same time, Kapalabhati, means shiny skull, It is powerful pranayama technique in yoga that involves short, forceful exhalations and passive inhalations. It offers numerous benefits for physical, mental, and emotional well-being: It takes time to master it completely and be able to feel its full benefits.
