WHO welcomes the extension of the humanitarian pause in the conflict in Gaza, and the release of hostages and prisoners by both sides.
The pause has enabled WHO to increase deliveries of medical supplies in Gaza, and to transfer patients from Al-Shifa hospital to other hospitals south of the Wadi Gaza.
During the first three days of the pause, WHO received 121 pallets of supplies into our warehouse in Gaza, including IV fluids, medicines, lab supplies, medical disposables, and trauma and surgical supplies.
This is enough to support about 90 000 people.

I am an Austrian-Californian Multimedia Artist.
I became a creativity-awareness educator through my experience-based outside-the-box upbringing that I was forced into, through my neurodiversity.
I am totally self-taught, author of 5 books, podcaster, speaker, guide, former Newport Beach CA Arts-Commissioner and co-produced with Robert Evans. Fluent in German and English.
My ability is that I can see hidden contexts which allows me to resolve paradoxes and together we arrive at awareness solutions in leadership, hospitality, customer service, communication, success vs. fulfillment and obviously any form of creativity and culture.
I separate each problem/solution in human and system relevancy, which allows all participants/host/listeners to become aware and align needs.
Without creativity there are no man-made systems, there would be no world as we know it.
I discover patterns within art/creativity that foster creative communication and identify art-values outside of any art product. This perspective of looking at creativity this way brings humanity together, shows its limitlessness and raises our human potential.
I discovered that there are three inherent human-superpowers that we all should be aware of:
1. Creativity, 2. Healthy Dialogue and 3. Adaptability.
All systems need to be adapted to this strategy because without humans there is no need for systems.
Humans and living beings and nature must be THE PRIORITY to keep raising OUR human potential instead of wasting our lifeforce with man-made systems (therein lies heaven on earth.)

As we know several issues are happening around the world. Let’s focus on two of the biggest ones that have the biggest effect on what is happening in the world today. One is war and the other is climate change. In the three segments that we have today, we're going to have a secretary-general, as he is leading into COP about climate change and his trip to Antarctica. He was saying that scientists have said that the Arctic ice has melted enough to be comparable to a few countries in Europe.There's a significant amount of ice gone. The SG will explain some of the reasons why we want to be concerned about the amount of ice that is actually on our planet, the warming effects and the planet's ability to simply reflect some of the Sun away from our planet. So he's gonna make some statements about that. And you'll also be asking questions, of course about what's going on in Israel leading us back to a war once again. With Full Moon in Israel. What about the ceasefire? How long is that gonna last? Several weeks around that? In another segment, we're going to have the representative because he provides some testimony about how important it is for the UN Security Council to stick to the agreements they make, to enforce those agreements with their various countries. So that we find better commerce we find full it feeling secure about what is happening around them, that the Eastern world or the Western world being bullied. And apparently, we hear several times from the Russian Federation that, hey, once again, it is the United States and Western countries just trying to bulldoze the world into what it is they want, and not having regard for anyone else. How we work together as countries to ensure that we are listening to each other rather than shooting weapons and going to war.

In her 20's she barley survived a very violent relationship, he assaulted her with a wooden dowel and you could see her skull when it happened. The Drs gave her opioids, when she refused they threatened her with child protective services because she was pregnant and refusing medical advice. She Was told she was on to small a dose to get addicted. Eventually she went to the DV shelter and was turned away, they said her injury was to severe and it put the other women in danger. She survived because drug dealers helped her - or took advantage depending how you look at it. She eventually went to federal prison for a non violent drug charge. She endured and witnessed so much institutional abuse, corruption, systemic racism and cruelty; sometimes she still wakes up screaming. But! She's turned it all around , launched an environmentlly friendly feminine brand thats being sold in stores and also comes in plus sizes. She has gotten bills put on the table and passed for the good of the people- not corporations and institutions. She is letting the world to know what America "land of the free" is doing to it's incarcerated population which is the highest rate in the world. She is also exposing other systemic abuse and corruption that effects Americans everyday. She is sharing her healing journey and what she has learned about her own trauma and mental health
5 years ago I was painting murals as a federal inmate, now I've had my own art shows and launched an environmentlly friendly clothing brand based on my art. Prison opened my eyes to the systemic racism, cruelty, corruption, and inequality in this country. Now I try to expose what I witnessed and endured to legislation. I created this women's clothing brand (also comes in plus sizes) during my healing journey, I want to help people from all walks of life do the same. I'm in the editing stages of my memoir and am also creating an adult coloring book based on PTSD and what I learned from my own trauma.
