The video's uploaded to this channel will document in chronological order my life of abuse which was physical, sexual and emotional. My abuse started as a toddler, through my teens and into my early adulthood.

I'll also cover my journey through trying to get the right help and what has worked and what hasn't.

Each fortnight I will upload a new podcast video which will document a period of my life, it will cover what happened, how it happened, how it made me feel at the time and how it makes me feel now.

All of my thoughts, feelings and emotions are from my perspective and memories, I will be frank, honest and as open.

I am not an expert in abuse and therefor not qualified to give professional advice but will answers any questions as honestly as possible.

My reasons for this podcast is to give myself a voice, let others know they are not alone and to allow myself to close the door to the past and be able to move on with my life.
