Spectacular Meteor Outburst set the New Mexico skies Ablaze
A fireball burst over southern New Mexico on saturday morning, igniting the sky with an explosion of light .Dozens of phone calls have been made to the observatory after people reported 'a giant fireball' above south-western New Mexico. The fireball is believed to have been a meteor that entered the Earth's atmosphere. The spectacular flare at the end of the video, comparable to the brightness of the full Moon, indicates a catastrophic break-up of the meteor body. This event wasn't related to any known meteor shower.

Russians dress as "human bus" in attempt to get across vehicle-only bridge
Local security in Vladivostok, Russia, caught four people disguised as a bus in an attempt to cross the city's Zolotoy Bridge, which is closed to pedestrians in 2015 for safety reasons. The existing walkway on the bridge is too narrow and there have been attempts to jump off the bridge.
Many locals have protested the decision to ban pedestrians from accessing the bridge. The bridge opened in 2012 is the fastest way to get to the downtown on foot than going through traffic and potentially getting stuck in congestion.
The four ingenious Russians came up with a technically feasible solution to overcome the walkthrough ban by dressing up as "human bus" to cross the bridge. However their happy journey came to an unfortunate end when a suspicious patrol agent decided to pull them over and asked for license and registration.

Japanese Samurai Engage In Sword Fighting Midair Using Jetpacks
As much as Samurai warriors may have liked to fight in a traditional way they are constantly looking at ways to develop their skills and fighting techniques to adapt to modern technologies.
Jetpacks are lightweight and highly maneuverable and can land on confined spaces which makes it ideal for sword fighting. However Samurai warriors admit the equipment is still in early stages of development and may have to wait till 2020 to witness full fledged duel.
There are two things that people associate with Japan history, Samurai and technology. This clip features a stunt sponsored by telecommunications giant SoftBank, showing two men dressed in traditional Samurai clothing wearing jetpacks and engaging in a sword fight while floating in the air. How incredible is that?!
Reportedly, SoftBank has suggested this could be a future sport, but we sure don’t expect to be in the list of competitions at the 2020 Olympics. Watch this both awesome and silly video and collect ideas for your Halloween costume. We cannot help but wonder whether their mid-air flying is genuine or visual trickery? However, this incredible stunt has gone viral in no time.
Take a look at the Samurai standing on the right, the warrior wearing the dark hakama, he seems to be a more experienced fighter, as he emerges victorious from their clash. Upon winning, he celebrated his victory over his opponent up in the air, like a real pro! Of course, it seems like the video was filmed using special effects, especially the steam coming out of men’s jetpacks. Nonetheless, it is still a lot of fun to watch and it is indeed epic!
Featuring two men dressed like Samurai engaging in fierce sword fight mid air has sure made our day! What do you think about this crazy clip? Would you try flying midair with the help of jetpacks just for the sake of cosplay?

Restaurant In Japan Serves You Food That It Still Moving
Not everybody can stomach it, but people seem more and more obsessed with sushi. What was once a means to preserve raw fish for consumption, by storing it in fermented rice for months at a time, now is prepared in vinegared rice with the addition of fresh veggies for a decadent presentation.
Sushi is normally prepared with raw fish, like tuna and salmon. The preparation means that you may never be sick from it, but it still made fresh almost right in front of you. However, one lover of the raw food was in for quite a surprise, when he saw his dish so fresh, it moved on the plate!
The diner, who was identified solely as ‘shoumizo3446’, shot this clip of his clam sushi wiggling on the rice it was served with. Social media ate the video like the delicacy that it was, taking it to super-viraldom instantly.
The footage was shot in a branch of the popular Sushiro sushi restaurant chain in the city of Kishiwada in Southern Japan’s Osaka Prefecture. The diner said that he ordered “iki hokkigai”, with “hokkigai” meaning surf clam in Japanese and "iki" meaning the dish is prepared on the premises from seafood delivered alive to the restaurant.
The bizarre incident became an instant hot topic on forums, with viewers divided on the subject. While some say the diner could rest easy, knowing that the meal was indeed fresh, others claim that the dish was not properly prepared by the chef.
‘Shoumizo3446’ has not complained about his food, in fact he said it was very exciting and delicious. The restaurant has made no comment either.

Angry Ghost Causes Physical Disturbances In Haunted Pub
Cold spots, creaking sounds and spooky figures, whether or not the paranormal realm exists is an issue that has been debated for centuries. However, in a world filled with science and reason, these "hauntings" can often be boiled down to simple explanations and it has nothing to do with the supernatural. Apparitions, cold spots and ghostly touches can be caused by man-made magnetic fields, experts suggest.
This may be the most haunted pub in Britain, CCTV captures furniture moving itself in the middle of the night. Staff have also reported shadows passing, doors slamming, glasses flying off shelves and lights turning on mysteriously. Watch a chair in the beer garden move a significant distance back and forwards. Then, inside the pub, a door slams shut when no one was apparently there. Finally, a smaller saloon door is also seen opening and closing. It is really creepy, but is this footage real or fake?
Owner, Allister Collins has put together a collection of creepy clips, caught on camera over a two-month period from August 4, showing numerous strange incidents. There are stories that this pub is being haunted, and the staff are always talking of hearing footsteps when no one else is around.
There is believed to be a cold spot immediately in front of the bar, even with full heating on. Customers regularly move from that spot due to the lower temperature. There is something creepy about the number of incidents that a local paranormal group now wants to investigate.

What The Betelgeuse Explosion Would Look Like From Earth
Orion, the massive star Betelgeuse is dying. It reached the end of its life and currently in the terminal throes of shedding vast bubbles of gas into space.
Betelgeuse lies some 430 light-years from Earth. Note that determining distances, especially to red supergiant stars, is an unnerving problem in Astronomy. Estimates vary and are often revised, with some as high as 650 light-years, yet it’s already one of the brightest stars in Earth’s sky. The reason is that Betelgeuse is a supergiant star.
However, such brilliance comes at a price. Betelgeuse is one of the most famous stars in the sky because it’s due to explode someday. Its enormous energy requires that the fuel be expended quickly, and in fact Betelgeuse is now near the end of its lifetime. In astronomical terms, someday soon it will run out of fuel, collapse under its own weight, and then rebound in a spectacular supernova explosion. When this happens, Betelgeuse will brighten enormously for a few weeks or months, perhaps as bright as the full moon and visible in broad daylight.
When will it happen? Probably not in our lifetimes. But, in fact, no one really knows. It could be tomorrow or a million years in the future.

'Ghost Man' Captured On CCTV Camera Saving Little Girl's Life
This video footage you are about to see will get you deliberate on everything you know about life. Very soon you will start to analyze if it is genuine or just a product of someone equipped with a vivid imagination and skilled video editing fingers. And, if the video chances to be the real thing, who is the man with lightning bolt speed and a big heart?
The video is taken from a CCTVcamera, and shows an incident that happened on June 18: a teenage girl tries to cross a street at 11:34pm. The street itself is quite empty with only a couple of automobiles driving down it.
The girl passes on to the street in front of the moving automobiles and appears to hesitate, and, just as we get the impression she is inevitably going to be stricken by one of them, something incredible happens! Out of thin air, someone with superhero powers, just like ‘the Flash’ appears and takes the teen to safety.
This viral video has received about a million views already on YouTube. The audience has divided itself into three groups – Fake, Bewildered, Genuine. We here have a few doubts and questions.
First, what was girl that doing out all by herself near a main street at that time of the night? Second, watch the automobile in the right hand lane (moving towards you): the moment the first automobile slows down, it speeds up… This is quite illogical.
Just take a look at the video and make your own decision. If nothing, it makes for some excellent pub ice breaker conversation.

Betelgeuse - The 'Killer' Star That Could Become Supernova
At first glance, Betelgeuse may look like a random orange blob but in fact it is an image that reveals one of the biggest stars ever seen. Betelgeuse, also known as a ‘killer star’, is one of the largest stars known to astronomers with a radius about 1,400 times larger than that of the Sun. The Betelgeuse star is not only famous for its size and brightness but because it is only about 600 light-years away in the constellation of Orion (The Hunter)- a bright winter constellation in the Northern Hemisphere.
Betelgeuse is so vast — its size would extend beyond Jupiter's orbit if it were placed in the sun's position in the solar system and is now near the end of its lifetime. It is just about eight million years old, but is already on the verge of becoming a supernova.
This red supergiant burns brightly, causing it to have only a short life expectancy. It is shedding gas and dust at tremendous rates. When that happens, the resulting explosion will be visible from Earth, even in broad daylight. When astronomers say Betelgeuse is expected to explode soon, they mean shortly in astronomical terms: within a million years.
But predicting exactly when it will turn into a supernova is difficult, however, as it depends on precise calculations of its mass as well as an understanding of what is going on inside the star.
So, one is sure, the explosion won’t happen in our lifetime. But in fact no one really knows. It could be tomorrow or a million years in the future.

Meteor Sightings Over British Columbia & Alberta Caught On Camera
Numerous residents say a ball of flame streaked across the night sky in British Columbia, causing a bright flash and a loud boom as a suspected meteor blazed through Earth’s atmosphere. One resident recounts the sighting of the meteor as a "green-colored streak that split into two and spread across the sky, and then just completely went out."
