How To Make Zombie Crocodile vs Zombie Shark Diorama / Thalassophobia Polymer Clay / Resin Art
Creating a diorama like a Zombie Crocodile vs Zombie Shark with polymer clay and resin can be a fun and creative project. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you get started:
Materials Needed:
Polymer Clay:
Different colors for crocodile, shark, and other details.
Oven-bake clay like Sculpey or Fimo works well.
Armature Supplies:
Aluminum foil or wire for creating the basic shapes of the animals.
Resin:
Clear epoxy resin for creating water effects.
Diorama Base:
Wood or sturdy cardboard for the base.
Acrylic paint for base coloring.
Tools:
Sculpting tools for working with clay.
Paintbrushes for applying paint and resin.
Sandpaper for smoothing clay surfaces.
Safety Equipment:
Gloves and a respirator mask for handling resin.
Steps:
1. Planning and Design:
Sketch out your diorama design. Decide on the size and placement of the crocodile, shark, and other elements.
2. Creating the Armatures:
Use aluminum foil or wire to create the basic shapes of the crocodile and shark. This will provide a framework to build the clay around.
3. Sculpting with Polymer Clay:
Cover the armatures with polymer clay. Mold the clay to create the details of the crocodile and shark, including scales, teeth, fins, and eyes.
Ensure the clay is firmly attached to the armature and smooth out any seams or rough edges using sculpting tools.
4. Baking the Clay:
Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your polymer clay package.
Place your clay sculptures on a baking sheet and bake them according to the recommended time and temperature. Allow them to cool completely before handling.
5. Painting:
Once cooled, paint the clay sculptures using acrylic paints. Use reference images of real crocodiles and sharks to get realistic colors and details.
6. Creating the Diorama Base:
Prepare your base by painting it with acrylic paints to create an underwater or swampy environment. Add rocks, plants, or other elements as desired.
7. Adding Water Effects with Resin:
Mix your clear epoxy resin according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Pour the resin onto the diorama base in layers to create the illusion of water. You can tint the resin with a small amount of blue or green resin pigment to give it a realistic water color.
Allow each layer of resin to cure before adding the next layer.
8. Assembling the Diorama:
Once the resin has cured, carefully place your polymer clay sculptures onto the diorama base. Ensure they are securely positioned and the resin water effect enhances their appearance.
9. Finishing Touches:
Use additional acrylic paints or resin to add final details such as bubbles, ripples, or underwater effects around the crocodile and shark.
10. Final Inspection and Display:
Once everything is dry and cured, inspect your diorama for any touch-ups or adjustments needed. Display your finished Zombie Crocodile vs Zombie Shark diorama in a place where it can be admired.
Tips:
Work in a well-ventilated area when using resin.
Take your time with sculpting and painting to achieve realistic details.
Experiment with different textures and colors to make your diorama visually appealing.
By following these steps and adding your creative flair, you can make a captivating Zombie Crocodile vs Zombie Shark diorama using polymer clay and resin art techniques!

Diorama - Kingfisher catching a fish / polymer clay / Epoxy Resin / sculpting
Diorama - Kingfisher catching a fish / polymer clay / Epoxy Resin / sculpting
Creating a diorama of a kingfisher catching a fish using polymer clay and epoxy resin sounds like a fascinating project! Here’s a step-by-step outline to help you get started:
Materials Needed:
Polymer Clay:
Choose colors that match the kingfisher and the fish you want to depict. Brown, blue, white, and orange are typical colors for a kingfisher.
Armature Materials:
Wire, foil, or any other materials to create a basic structure for your sculpture.
Tools:
Sculpting tools (basic ones and finer detail tools)
Rolling pin or pasta machine for clay
Oven (if using oven-bake clay)
Epoxy Resin:
Transparent epoxy resin for water effects
Base:
Wooden base or any suitable platform for your diorama
Paints and Brushes:
Acrylic paints for details
Protective Gear:
Gloves, mask, and goggles for working with epoxy resin
Miscellaneous:
Sandpaper (for smoothing after epoxy resin dries)
Varnish (optional, for finishing)
Step-by-Step Process:
Design and Planning:
Decide on the size and composition of your diorama. Sketch out how you want the kingfisher and fish to be positioned.
Creating the Armature:
Use wire or foil to create a basic skeleton for both the kingfisher and the fish. This will provide structure and support.
Sculpting with Polymer Clay:
Cover the armature with polymer clay, shaping it carefully to create the forms of the kingfisher and the fish. Pay attention to details such as feathers, beak, and fins.
Bake the polymer clay according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Preparing the Base:
While the clay sculptures cool down, prepare your base. You can paint it or cover it with materials that resemble the environment where kingfishers are found (e.g., water, rocks, vegetation).
Mixing and Pouring Epoxy Resin:
Follow the instructions for your epoxy resin carefully. Mix the resin and hardener in the correct proportions.
Pour a layer of resin onto your prepared base. You can add tint or paint to create the illusion of water depth and clarity.
Let the resin cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. This usually takes several hours to a day, depending on the resin.
Assembling the Diorama:
Once the resin has cured, carefully place your polymer clay sculptures onto the resin base. Ensure they are securely attached.
Detailing and Finishing:
Use acrylic paints to add finer details to your sculptures, such as the eyes of the kingfisher and the scales of the fish.
Let the paint dry completely.
Final Touches:
If desired, apply a coat of varnish over the sculptures to protect them and give them a finished look.
Displaying Your Diorama:
Find a suitable place to display your finished diorama, where it can be appreciated without being disturbed.
Tips:
Practice Sculpting: If you're new to sculpting with polymer clay, practice on small pieces before tackling the main project.
Safety: Work in a well-ventilated area when using epoxy resin and wear appropriate protective gear.
Research: Look at reference images of kingfishers and fish to capture their colors and anatomy accurately.
Creating a diorama like this requires patience and attention to detail, but the result can be a stunning piece of art capturing a moment in nature. Enjoy the process of bringing your vision to life!

Epoxy Table of Pine Cones and LED Gold Edition #Epoxy #resin #epoxytable
In this video I show how I made with my own hands a dining table from walnut and epoxy resin.
The table top was poured in 3 layers, for such a table top I took 28 kilograms of epoxy, in the video I showed how you can save resin by filling the voids with wood scraps and I saved 20 kilograms of resin.
I sanded the table top with P-60-150 grit.
and three coats of Amerikan wood oil.

How to make Zombie shark In a Swimming Pool diorama /polymer clay / Epoxy resin art
How to make Zombie shark In a Swimming Pool diorama /polymer clay / Epoxy resin art
Creating a zombie shark diorama using polymer clay and epoxy resin can be a fun and challenging project. Here are some general steps to help you get started:
Materials:
Polymer clay (various colors)
Epoxy resin
Clear plastic container (for the pool)
Blue acrylic paint
Rocks or sand
Plastic plants or seaweed
Toothpicks
Small paintbrushes
Craft knife
Sandpaper
Instructions:
Begin by sculpting the zombie shark out of polymer clay. You can use reference images to help you create a realistic-looking shark. Don't forget to add details like teeth, fins, and scars.
Once your shark is complete, bake it according to the instructions on the clay package.
Next, prepare your swimming pool by painting the inside of a clear plastic container with blue acrylic paint. Let the paint dry completely.
Use epoxy resin to create the water effect in your pool. Mix the resin according to the instructions on the package and pour it into the container. Use a toothpick to create ripples and waves in the resin while it's still wet. Allow the resin to cure completely.
Once the resin is cured, you can add rocks or sand to the bottom of the pool to create a more realistic underwater environment.
Use toothpicks to attach the shark to the bottom of the pool. You can also add plastic plants or seaweed to make the scene more interesting.
If you want to add more details, you can use a craft knife to carve out small crevices or caves in the rocks.
Once everything is in place, use sandpaper to smooth out any rough edges or imperfections.
Finally, add any finishing touches you like, such as painting on blood splatters or adding a creepy background.
Remember to always take safety precautions when using epoxy resin and polymer clay. Wear gloves, work in a well-ventilated area, and read and follow all instructions carefully.

Cylinder Epoxy Lamp with Flower _ Epoxy Resin
It sounds like you are describing a cylindrical lamp that has been made using epoxy resin and features a flower inside. Epoxy resin is a type of synthetic polymer that hardens when mixed with a hardener, and it is commonly used in art and crafting to create a variety of decorative objects.
To create an epoxy lamp, one could mix the resin and hardener according to the manufacturer's instructions, pour it into a cylindrical mold, and then place a dried flower or flowers inside the mold before the resin hardens. The result would be a lamp that features a unique, decorative element in the center.
Of course, creating an epoxy lamp requires some skill and experience with resin crafting techniques. It's important to follow all safety precautions when working with resin, including wearing gloves and working in a well-ventilated area.
