Ancient Nubian city of Tombos Archeology
Between 1450 and 1075 B.C., historic Egypt colonized the historic Nubian metropolis of Tombos positioned in modern-day day Sudan. Currently, a team of Purdue Anthropologists, lead by using Professor, Michele Buzon, were studying at Tombos. In 2000, Michele, a graduate pupil on the time, began excavating there in an historical cemetery. Almost 20 years later, Michele remains digging up the past to analyze more approximately the historic lives of the people at Tombos.

The Wild Honey Harvesters
For generations, honey has been collected by the community in the Mutis-Timau forest landscape in West Timor, Indonesia. Every year, community members travel great distances back to their sacred homeland when nature signals it is time to collect the honey. Combining traditional and religious beliefs, the people sing to the bees and pray for a bountiful and safe harvest.
Research by the Center for International Forestry Research (CIFOR) has found the Mutis-Timau honey harvest to be a success story for sustainable community forestry. The tradition complements national policy on forest conservation, is environmentally sustainable, and provides income for local livelihoods.

Build a modern mud house
There are 4 specific types of herbal dust-constructing strategies- Cob, Adobe, Rammed Earth and Wattle & Daub (there may be minor versions to this). Cob is the handiest and oldest dust-building technique. This is generally a combination of the soil you dig for the inspiration, a few clay, cow dung, hay, cow urine and lime.

Playing life and death/Education video- Philadelphia Kensington,USA
The city has a higher rate of violent crime than the national average and other similarly sized metropolitan areas. The drug overdose rate in Philadelphia is also concerning. Between 2013 and 2015, the number of drug overdose deaths in the city increased by 50%, with more than twice as many deaths from overdoses as homicides. 2 Kensington's high crime rate and drug abuse contribute significantly to Philadelphia's problems.

Coffee of Yirgacheffe
Coffee originated in Ethiopia, and I'm no longer exaggerating after I say I LOVE African coffees! The aromas are highly spiced and sharp, ahead ripe fruit, with just a touch of pipe tobacco and candy cream. The cup is incredible and complete of flavors of rich red wine, a hint of jasmine, peach and plantain, with a touch of lemongrass. The end is crisp, lingering and candy. Ethiopian Yergacheffe Kochere leaves my mouth feeling invigorated! It's brilliant, ambitious, and smooth coffee! It's honestly the quality Ethiopian espresso we've had in the shop in latest reminiscence. Don't miss this one.

The birthplace of coffee
Ethiopia is the ancestral land of coffee and the cradle of human kind. Coffee from Ethiopia is among the best in the world. The local growing conditions are ideal for Specialty Coffee with delicate and complex flavor profiles.
But coffee is more than just our favorite drink. Each cup has a unique stories to tell. The hands coffee pass through before it reaches the cup are varied and many. Each just as important as the last. The effort that goes into bringing coffee into the world is at every step extraordinary and deserves respect and acknowledgement.
