CNN Kamala Harris / Tim Walz annotated time lapse interview with the Tim Walz timer!
You may have already seen parts of the Aug 29, 2024 27-minute CNN edit of the Dana Bash interview with Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, but now you can save time by watching this 3-minute time lapse annotated version of the entire interview with the Tim Walz timer! Yes, Tim didn’t get much attention during the CNN broadcast but this fast speed version shows he is Kamala’s Dr. Jill providing emotional support with a nod, smile, laugh and excuses.
We heard her refer back to Obama as when problems got worse and that her Turn the Page, Economic Opportunity agenda and unchanging values when asked about her changes in explanations will rescue the USA. There is no loss of truth when trying to understand her words spoken 900% faster than when they were originally said. They are equally meaningful to her supporters at any speed.

Sacramento County CA Ballot counting room Thurs. Nov 10, 2022 time lapse 1:51 PM – 5:00 PM
Sacramento County CA Ballot counting room Thurs. Nov 10, 2022 time lapse 1:51 PM – 5:00 PM, to continue another day.
Note the number of machines not used. Why not have more people counting ballots & get the job done faster? Sacramento was slow counting the vote compared to other counties in California.

Sacramento’s The Ring of Democracy non-profit is triggered!
The Ring of Democracy non-profit organization in Sacramento, CA that exists “to engage, educate, organize and mobilize Black, Brown, and other historically marginalized people to build power for themselves and their communities.”
Their agenda matches items typically found in leftist groups such as social justice, economic justice, housing justice, environmental justice, voting rights, and criminal justice reform.
They had a table at Sacramento’s Hmong American Day Celebration on May 11, 2024. City Council member Mai Vang was a sponsor of this event. Almost all of the tables were occupied by vendors or groups having strong ties to the Hmong and Asian communities.
As a political organization, I was curious why they were at this event, but I did not want to discuss their various justice advocacies. Instead, after some general conversation about their organization I asked a question specifically about the political power of non-marginalized people in Sacramento.
My question concerned how many non-marginalized people are members of the Sacramento City Council.
This question upset the lady at the table, but the man answered there is 1 member, Mayor Steinberg, who is a non-marginalized person on the city council; however, the other 8 are all marginalized people. I said this indicates success for them. The lady reacted by saying she needed to get help and I remained to talk about the man’s response with him, expecting her to return with some information.
Nothing was recorded during this early discussion. This video is a document of what happened after she returned with 3 members of event security, the Men in Black. The video and audio from that point to the end was recorded by my phone and is not edited.
The founder and executive director of The Ring of Democracy was called to help his table staff and he said they are now off limits to me because they are “flustered”.
I stopped recording but told them I would post what I recorded on the Internet before leaving.
I checked the Internet when I returned home to prepare this video and found the following on The Ring of Democracy. I used information and photos from their website:

The Ring of Democracy is also on Facebook:

Ghosts in the Machine 2 and The Parallax View Mash Up
After seeing Ghosts in the Machine 2, I thought of the scene in 1974 movie The Parallax View starring Warren Beatty when he watched the recruiting video for the Parallax Corporation as well as the scene in the 1971 movie A Clockwork Orange starring Malcolm McDowell when he watched the video to end his violent urges.
I made this mash up of that scene in The Parallax View with Ghosts in the Machine 2 and was amazed how well they fit together with minimal editing.
I think the point is made.
For more reference information including links to both the 1st and 2nd Ghosts in the Machine videos and some feedback on the 1st video, see below.

"They/them" supports Sacramento becoming a Sanctuary City for transgenders
This is a statement in support of Sacramento city resolution establishing Sacramento as a Sanctuary City for transgenders given by “they/them”, a community organizer, spiritual, gender non-conforming queer parent.
38 people signed up to give statements during the March 26, 2024 city council meeting on this resolution with almost all in support. They had advance coordinated notice of this action and many members of the city council wore badges indicating support for the resolution. Those who may be in opposition had little or no notice unless they were alerted somehow to check for this item on an online agenda for this city council meeting. Basically, this was a resolution with no outreach to the entire city community for review or feedback before coming to the city council.
The supporting statements provided no compelling evidence as to an urgent need for this resolution that was quickly written to be enacted prior to the March 31, 2024 International Transgender Day of Visibility. Imagined victimhood and emotion ruled the day. Data, medical and psychological studies, and laws protecting individuals and families were ignored as if they do not exist. Anecdotal individual statements were given as if they mirrored universal experiences.
By a 9-0 vote, Sacramento CA declares itself a sanctuary city for transgenders and supports these gender-denying procedures on children, even to the extent of not helping law enforcement requests from other cities seeking help to return children to parents when their children are taken to Sacramento for transgender procedures.

Mayor Steinberg gets upset Sacramento City Council Jan 11, 2022 measure U & homeless issues
Sacramento Mayor Steinberg's reactions to comments made by a Sacramento resident during a city council meeting concerning the 1% rate increase in sales tax he promoted for the city of Sacramento and how part of that higher tax has been used in Sacramento to pay for homeless services are very telling.
Is he honestly addressing the issue?

100 tiny homes shelter, Florin area, Sacramento County Board of Supervisors meeting April 26, 2022
Video from the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors meeting April 26, 2022 concerning plans to build and service a 100 tiny homes homeless encampment in the Florin area of Sacramento County
Sacramento County Homeless Initiatives staff quickly planned to use Covid funds to lease property, purchase 100 tiny homes, arrange for construction and other contracts for services including staffing site, maintenance, food, counseling, providing for pets, etc. necessary to shelter and feed up to 125 homeless individuals at this site located in a residential area. This involved planned expenditures of multi-millions of dollars and the site would be used for 2 years or longer.
The first community meeting to discuss this was on April 19. This proposal was sent for Supervisor's approval on April 26. Very limited or no advance notice provided by the county. Most people learned of this on or after April 19, less than a week before this April 26 meeting. The Supervisor of the district bordering this homeless site learned about it from the media shortly before April 19 and was not briefed about this project until April 25, just one day before this current meeting.
There are other issues related to this site. Actions taken give the appearance of trying to sneak and fast track this homeless project in to prevent or reduce input that would change or prevent actions desired by county staff.
