Crazy backflip into tough shot

Being able to have a good triple threat package can help save a lot my energy. Less moves you need to do too get open the better in mind. Get to save your energy for defense

This move helps me up my footwork up my handle. You want to be smooth in your movement and shot agility with the step back fade

Even if you’re balance is off a little bit but you the defender give you the room to shoot a quality shot where he won’t be able to the defend it well, remember most likely they won’t expect the shot to happen based off how you’re positioned!

Study the foot work and the body motion to lead up to the shot. The point of the shot is to be unexpected

If you can’t shoot out of this position with the ball high, practice shooting like that. And if you don’t have the power to get the shot from far. Start close it’s more of a feel. Then the power but if anything you gotta hit the gym get a lil stronger. These shots are unexpected cause my feet are never set for a regular shot. So it should throw the defender off.

Keep in mind, when I decide to shoot it’s because the defender slack off on the defensive pressure, he not reaching across my body soon as he or she pulls the arm down. They won’t expect the shot out that angle so they probably won’t defend it, cause it seems like I’m turning around to plant my foot. ( so you shoot the typical shot off two feet). The unexpected shot is the best shot sometimes if you know how to make it

I have a series a triple threat shots and angles to shoot out of to enhance your level of shooting. In order to make shots when your body is not facing the goal, your shooting arm has to line up, if that is straight your body position doesn’t really matter. You have to practice these shots and gain the power to shoot them in these odd positions. When I release the shot I picture the defender is not expecting it or has slack a little off giving me just enough room to aim and shoot the aim is the most important thing.

The focus is making this shot as difficult as possible by doing these moves and trying to increase the speed. Then adding the fact of shooting off one leg. Get use to making tough shots, go out practice this moves for better footwork and creativity

I’ve learned these moves off of street ball game, Learning how to do these moves has put my footwork on a whole another level and has increased my ability to make tough shots, by practicing this move it will help you advance your footwork

Based on how the defender is guarding me as soon as he released defensive pressure no matter what position I’m in I try to line my arms up especially my shooting arm with the rim, you don’t have to be squared to shoot
