I’m Morna MacAedyn, originally from Scotland. I write our music pulling from life and my interests, history, astronomy, ancient languages like Gaelic, Norse and Hebrew. It’s not some gimmick; we mix those influences with a modern sound because that’s what I know and what I love to sing. The past has weight, and I love working with it, stories, myths, whatever I know or can find, then hitting it with a beat that feels current.
