In 1995, I noticed the need for a case management system, so I helped develop my first CRM. The P-EYE software was developed in MS Access, where I tracked investigative cases and attached documents. In 2004 I started down the software path again, creating… for lack of a better word, a masterpiece, lol ;). VirtualCaseManagement.com was developed in C+ as a SAAS, a cloud-based CRM, which is used by CIS, but also sold worldwide! An operating system for your business that handles your cases, attachments, emails, project management, appointment setting, billing as you work, associate fees to employees (staff/subs) as you bill, retainer fee reduction feature, QB sync, a collection feature that adds late fees and emails invoices, and more! I guess I like working... na! I like creating!! As a kid I liked art and would create various things, I also liked computers early on and took programming in 9th grade 101010101010101 (on/off) ;).

I'm a U.S. Air Force Security Specialist Police Veteran; protecting top-secret equipment, Priority A, including presidential support details, EST (Emergency Service Team), and anti-terrorism procedures. Top 10% at the USAF Police Academy and excelled at U.S. Army ABGD Fort Dixie; stationed in Italy! I was a big dude and could take care of myself, so one day I knocked on the secret OSI door (men in black) and life changed, I took the red pill;). The Office of Special Investigations (OSI) recruited me, and I conducted operations abroad under the jurisdiction of the USAF OSI.
