I'm the owner/writer of the FloridaGunSelfDefense.net and .com website and blog. My mission and purpose is to educate Florida's conceal carry individuals so that they better know how and when to use lawful deadly force should the unfortunate experience of a violent criminal act be forced upon them. In other words, to know the law and have that knowledge as a base upon which to learn to shoot when in the various violent scenarios, the criminal element of society inflicts upon the law-abiding Floridian. As a lay person, as a regular law-abiding individual, I attempt to make sense of the law and the legal system's enforcing of the law, so that regular everyday people can better prepare to survive both physically and legally if and when, they're life is threatened.
