Welcome to our new company and this page is dedicated to helping citizens, visitors, and residents understand our goals for the future. As a new agency, we have an unprecedented chance to make a substantial difference in the lives of our fellow citizens!

This is a brand new company and will provide a variety of Emergency, Non-Emergency, and Routine type services to Knox County and City of Knoxville in Tennessee. Our goal is simple: Provide the highest quality services using the fastest methods possible through intensive training, strategic locations, and highly motivated employees. This is an impressive package of services as you can imagine. The diversity will come from creating strong partnerships with other highly reputable service providers all coordinated from a central communications hub. As of now, limited partnerships and agreements, are currently on the books which will be improved upon immediately to ensure quick, professional, and reliable services to the citizens we serve.

Different is new and new is scary. However, with AMR currently in place for several more years, rest assured 911 medical services will operate without interruption. As time goes on, and our company grows, the service will only get better!

A new company creates a unique opportunity to place a focus on creating and maintaining a highly qualified workforce. In modern times, the EMS industry is at odds with finding or retaining their most qualified workers. Here at TNPSG we will allow our providers to work at their highest potential through a dedicated training and education department, amongst other things.

Morale is improved through individual ability to provide the highest care possible, adhere to a culture of excellence, and to foster confidence through mentorship. The medical field in general is always improving and constantly changing, so our workforce will be the most flexible, highest trained, and most respected agency in the USA!

Certifications are required by law, but that doesn’t mean everyone who receives a paper certificate can do the job at our proficiency. This is understood and a system of on-the-job training for 6 months to 1 year or more will be implemented. A mentorship type relationship between a veteran provider and a new employee is critical at learning the “gray” areas of the job, as well as learning how to analyze the situation, develop a care plan, and foster the confidence to provide high quality care in a stressful situation.
