How to make Puto Flan Recipe
✔️ INGREDIENTS and PROCEDURES
✔️ FOR FLAN:
🔴 4 eggs (Note:Separate yolk and whites -set aside) + 2 eggs
🔴 1 can condense milk
✴️ Mix the egg yolks + 2 eggs with condense milk. Mix well then strain
(For richer flan taste, just use 6 egg yolks)
✳️ Steam: Fill molds with 1/4 full
✳️ Steam for 5-7 mins on medium heat
✳️ Let cool
✔️ FOR PUTO:
🔴 Beat 4 eggs whites
✴️Add gradually 3/4 sugar until soft peaks — set aside
🔴 2 cups Flour
🔴1 tsp baking powder
🔴 1 tsp salt
🔴 1 can evaporated milk
✴️ Mix well then mix with the ehh white mixture
✴️ Separate for various colors
✴️ Add into steamed flan molds 3/4 full
✳️ Steam for 8-10 mins on medium heat
✳️ Let it cool and unmold
✳️ Have a flan on top to display

Delcious and soft PIANONO (Filipino Style Swiss roll) using with 4 ingredients only.
✔️INGREDIENTS
🔴 6 eggs (large size) Note: Separate yolks and whites
🔴 1/3 cup cake flour (40 grams)
🔴 1/3 cup sugar (70 grams) + approx. 1/4 cup (50 grams) for filling/topping
🔴 1/3 cup butter/ margarine (80 grams) for filling and topping
✴️ For oven with bottom heat only - preheat oven and bake @ 170C for 25 mins. Or until brownish top.
✴️ For oven with dual heat (bottom and top) - preheat oven and bake @ approx. 15 mins. Or until brownish top.
✳️ Baking time/ temp. Always depend on the oven specification so adjust accordingly.
