Yoga is an ancient practice people have used for spiritual, physical, and mental wellbeing. Although there are different types and aspects of yoga, Vanessa’s Vinyasa focuses on stretching, bending, twisting, meditation, and breathing exercises to help maintain our temples clean, healthy, and functioning at their best. 1 Cor. 6:19 & 20.
