Because we don't know how our bodies change after age 35 and we find out about Perimenopause when we are already in the middle of a natural hormone imbalance. This is an issue for all women around the world. We need a PERIMENOPAUSE AWARENESS MOVEMENT, and this is my contribution to it by documenting how different cultures, countries, and societies affect the perimenopausal experience.
