The co-op shareholders together own all 1,245 acres of farmland known as Riverbed Ranch. It's located in Juab County on the border of Tooele County. The acreage has been divided into 250 homesteads where families can build the online-but-off-grid homestead of their dreams.

We have a homestead and try to do things to become as self-sufficient as possible. Our homestead consists of gardening, foraging, cows, chickens, dogs, canning, building, sawmill, fruit trees, and berries. I do sewing and crafts when I have time. We are a husband and wife with a 5 year old. He keeps us on our toes. We have a total of 9 children and 16 grandchildren currently with 1 more on the way. We live in a rural community with all neighbors half a mile away. So the peace and quiet is really nice. We are a military family and have pride for what our country once was. I was in the National Guard, my daughter is a Marine and my son is a Marine and his wife was in the Army. We believe in God and say our prayers. We aren't perfect and know that we sin daily.
