Baz Martin Engineering Manager.. Hurt Plant Hire Ltd.. 28 Years in the game.. This is more of a hobby than a job to me.. You could say I was born into this work, I learned from the best (my dad). Even as a 5 year old he would have us (me and my brother's) hardfacing bucket's on opencast coal site's all around the UK. Snice I left school I've never looked back, now no job is too big or small.
