Hi and welcome to my channel! I am a mom of 5 children. 2 sets of boy girl twins, and a delicious baby boy. I work full time as a nurse, and like most people, struggle in juggling being a wife, mother and homemaker. Yoga is an ancient practice people have used for spiritual, physical, and mental wellbeing. Although there are different types and aspects of yoga, Vanessa’s Vinyasa focuses on stretching, bending, twisting, meditation, and breathing exercises to help maintain our temples clean, healthy, and functioning at their best. 1 Cor. 6:19 & 20. The myriad of health benefits include: boosting the immune system, stimulating the lymphatic system, reducing inflammation, and strengthening the nervous system. It also calms the mind and improves sleep, which is an important factor in the healing process and keeping the immune system strong. “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” - 3 Jn. 1:2.
