Through this channel I want to share with those who practice and love this gentle art, as I do, a little bit of my journey dedicated to Jiu Jitsu. Along the way, I had victories and defeats. With the victories I learned that every training session and every minute on the mat is worth it. With defeats I learned that the pain passes, that my mind is stronger, that I can do whatever I want and most importantly, I learned to persist until I reach my goal.
