Hi there! We're Sean and Allison, a horticulturist and a former Science teacher from the PNW in WA state zone 8b/9a. We LOVE to garden together & teach you about all things plants and flowers. We sold our home in 2022 and are searching for our new home and property so we're currently growing plants in containers, which is a lot of fun and can be challenging (which we enjoy). We're authors, inventors of two garden tools, The Little Dibby and The Dibby XL (both patent pending), professional speakers, and content creators. Sean, with his BS and MS in Environmental Horticulture, loves talking and teaching about all sorts of garden facets using his years of experience including landscape design, management, and maintenance. Allison loves teaching about gardening and brings a unique teaching perspective as a National Board Certified Science teacher and from years of tending to her own plants and flowers. "Unspoken Secrets" refers to hidden truths or concealed knowledge that are deliberately left unsaid or remain unacknowledged. These secrets exist beneath the surface, known to some but never openly discussed, often due to fear, taboo, or the potential consequences of revealing them. They can involve personal, societal, or even cosmic mysteries, guarded by silence to maintain power, protect individuals, or preserve the status quo. The concept suggests that these truths hold significant weight, and though they remain unspoken, their presence can be felt, subtly influencing actions, relationships, or events.

PlainSpoken

PlainSpoken is a project undertaken by Jeffrey Rickman, an elder in the Global Methodist Church. Its purpose is to restore to Methodists a sense of identity by working through developments in modern Methodism or the larger Christian faith, often using scripture and foundational Wesleyan doctrine. The hope is that a new sense of vital piety and disciplined discipleship might emerge among a new generation of believers. While Jeffrey's churches support this ministry, it is not officially a ministry of the churches in Nowata and Delaware. Rather, this is a labor of love on Jeffrey's part, with the help of TJ. Eventually, both hope that this can be something that can result in more income, such that TJ can quit his job and Jeffrey can fund increased ministries for his churches.
