Formerly known as Ekklesia12, the church was birthed during the times of oppression and lockdowns, to provide a place to worship freely. This vision of providing a place to seek the Lord, and be empowered to impact our community remains the same. At The Refuge In the Barn, you will experience emphasis on Spirit-led worship, the testimonies of those gathering, and the Bible preached faithfully in the midst of cultural confusion. We value each one coming, hoping to encourage you in your journey, and empower you to be an impact to your sphere of influence. We desire to be a gathering that ministers to the Lord with worship, prayer, and be a culture that brings honour to all who participate. As we abide in the Lord, we join with Him in ministry to others – to show practical care/support, to pray for healing of the body and soul, and to encourage one another with words of prophecy.
