This channel was inspired by several well known inspirational speakers and motivators that have strongly resonated with me over the years including Tony Robbins, Loretta LaRoche and David Goggins. Like Goggins, I and many others out there in the world today get to a point in our lives where we sometimes become very unmotivated, extremely depressed and feel that the daily grind of life is too much to bear. There is no shame in feeling like this and you are not alone. After going through my own personal struggles over the years and learning from many different teachers along the way, I share with you some brief, intense, brutally honest motivational affirmations that I hope will inspire and help you find and harness your inner bad ass. Once you do so, you will begin to break down those limiting beliefs that have been holding you back. You will then see a better version of yourself that you never thought possible.
