Backyard Workout - HIIT 1
55 and FITnessThis is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. Set a timer for 30 minutes countdown. You are going to perform 6 exercise for 10 reps. You have a 1 minute window to perform 10 reps the rest of the time that is left of the 1 minute is your rest time. example let's say you are performing goblet squats and it takes you 30 seconds to get 10 reps. you are going to rest the reminder of the time witch is 30 seconds. exercise order = 1.
