Coaching theory was born in the twentieth century as an integrative field, built from several fields such as management, sports, philosophy, marketing, economics, sociology, and more. From the eclecticism of the fields, a single field was created that aims to improve, change, and empower the individual within his world in all areas of his life: health, career, livelihood, relationships, etc. Coaching refers to all the existing data that the coach has accumulated throughout his life and directs it towards maximizing the future results of the areas of his life. The basic premise of coaching/coaching is that "the trainer is the expert in his life and work" and "the trainer is a perfect unit, resourceful, and creative." The process that the trainer goes through with coaching is recognizing the expertise within him and achieving precise results due to this recognition. Four types of trainees come to a training series: those who are at a crossroads due to a changed reality (got fired, grief, divorce); the second type is following a "fantasy"—to realize a dream of a different reality; and the third—those who are unable to cope with a central goal in their life and therefore need support or help. The fourth one is just for those who realize there is no way but to make progress in any field in their life. I experienced personal training for growth, prosperity, and progress in two different tracks: one dealt with values, vision, and ways of doing things, and the other dealt with communication and habits.
