Keto Hoisin Butter Prawns

Ingredients:
100g Prawns, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp cracked Black Peppercorns
1 tsp Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1.5 tsp Sesame Seeds
Spring onions for garnish
Procedure:
1) Heat butter in a pan.
2) Add ginger and black pepper. Sauté until aromatic..
3) Add prawns and stir for 1-2 minutes.
4) Stir in hoisin sauce.
5) Top with sesame seeds and spring onions to serve.

I choose Bertolli's Garlic Alfredo with aged Parmesan Cheese not only for the taste but the low carb content. Total carb per serving is 2g. The entire bottle (15 oz.) is about 7 servings for a total of 14g. Not bad at all and you don't sacrifice tase for carbs.

Pepper - to taste, about 2 tbsp

Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole
Recipe:
8 Slices of Bacon - cooked & chopped
1 lb Ground Beef
1 C Onions - chopped
3 Cloves Garlic - minced
1 Tsp Burger Seasoning
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 Eggs
1 -2 Tbsp Mustard
1 C Cheddar Cheese - shredded
Pickles - cut in pieces
Cook bacon & set aside.
Brown beef in bacon fat (drain if too much fat) & add onion , garlic & seasonings. Add worcestershire & cream cheese, mix well. Remove from heat.
In medium bowl combine, eggs, cream & mustard, mix well. Mix in 1 c cheddar cheese.
Spread ground beef mixture into 8 x 11 baking dish or you can use a 9 x 9. Top with sliced
pickles, bacon & egg mixture. Top with additional cheddar cheese.
Bake @ 350° for 15 - 20 minutes.
