What should I eat to get strong? (Part 3 of 5)
Going to the gym and working out will affect every other part of your life as well as building confidence. By being consistent, your body will slowly be molded like clay to the best it can be. But the key thing is consistency in the gym.
This video is about food, so I'll talk about that now. The key takeaway from the video is to download MyFitnessPal and start tracking what you eat now and see if it will work to reach your goals. If you enter in your statistics in MyFitnessPal and track honestly what you eat for a day, check if that will work by scrolling down and looking at nutrition information at the bottom. If you don't reach your protein goal (you probably won't) don't panic because I am here.
So, I'm going to guess that you didn't make protein count so here is my solution:
Breakfast
Eggs or Oikos yogurt. (6 eggs for breakfast is almost the same amount of protein as 1 chicken breast.)
Toast or a bagel for carbs.
Lunch:
Chicken, pot pie, 4 burritos, or chicken nuggets.
Pair this with a protein bar or protein shake.
Dinner:
Try to get some meat to finish that out, if not possibly take some whey protein powder to finish out that protein goal. Again same types of food as lunch. Protein bar or protein shake to finish out that protein counter if you need it.
I'd say don't hate it till you try it; I would suggest tweaking the food count to fit your needs, but this usually brings me to success. If you're trying to cut, I'd suggest walking 10,000 steps a day which sounds hard but really isn't if you walk outside. MyFitnessPal has goals if you look in settings to account for this, you can put it on lose pounds or gain pounds. MyFitnessPal will adjust the nutrition information for your benefit if you put in what you want to do. If you are bulking just go to the gym and get protein in.

How to achieve healthy sleep. (Part 2 of 5)
Achieving sleep is easy when you prepare beforehand.
In the video I outline multiple ways to prepare for sleep and get good sleep. It's not hard if you drop caffeine and prepare properly by reading and staying off of screens. Reading, meditation, and vigorous exercise would be my go-to attempt to get good sleep if you want more efficient sleep, try this at your own risk because I'm also not a doctor.
Some common things that prevent me from sleeping well.
-anxiety about the future
solved with meditation or taking action if possible.
-Looking at computer before going to bed
solved by putting screens away 30 minutes before you sleep, if you didn't do that just pull a book out and read.
-eating before bed
try not to eat 1 hour before you go to bed and your most likely chilling.
(anywhere that it says meditation, you can substitute with prayer if you don't like meditating)
Getting good sleep is one of the many things that will just make your life better. Thanks for clicking on my video, please subscribe and your support is appreciated!

What is Individual Responsibility? (Part 1 of 5)
Individual Responsibility is made up of your choices.
You have to reject "I'm a victim mentality" and realize that everything in your life can change if you make the correct set of choices. By accepting that everything can be changed by making a set of choices and decisions everything falls on you.
There are 3 types of choices you make.
Regular Choices that don't have a negative impact, they can have a positive impact but not required.
Bad choices: Choices that slow you down or harm you in the short term. Example: staying up too late and not getting enough sleep.
Treasonous Choices: Choices that significantly alter the outcome of your life in a negative way. Treasonous Choices are to be avoided at all costs. In the video a describe an example of a treasonous choice to be drunk driving and getting a family of 4 killed. If you drived while you were drunk and made it home safely without any massive accidents, then that would be a bad choice. Treasonous choices massively affect the outcome of your life in a negative way. In this example, post-crash you would struggle with survivors' guilt, go to prison, might get sued and lose some cash and/or possibly go into debt. This hypothetical scenario involving a treasonous choice has alter the course of your hypothetical life. Thats why the choice is treasonous. Your committing treason to yourself when you could have something better.
Another treasonous choice would be to see yourself becoming obese and not doing anything about it. Lifestyle changes have to be made. Lifestyle is just a series of choices that make up lifestyle. It could be a lack of information regarding nutrition and fitness, or it could be knowing the right thing to do and making a treasonous choice that could affect your lifespan and/or have health problems. I'll make videos on this problem eventually. The past can't be changed, but the future can be so if you aren't where you want to be, work to change that by making correct choices.
It is your responsibility alone to avoid treasonous decisions. That is your Individual Responsibility.

How to unscrew your life.
Get back on the right track in 5 steps.
#1 Take responsibility for every bad thing that happens in your life.
#2 Fix your sleep schedule by removing any distractions, 30 minutes before going to bed. (put your phone in a different room so you aren't tempted to check it)
#3 Fix your diet, so that you perform optimally. Another thing is exercising consistently so that you can sleep easily. What you put into your body is what your body is going to give back to you, so if you are eating junk food, your body is going to function like junk. Going to the gym will help with anxiety, uncertainty, or a unfocused and clouded mind. You don't need to do much in the gym, start off with a push, pull, split. If you don't know what that is, google it. You have to go to failure in the gym. Thats the best way to make progress and improve your health drastically. Below will be various resources for you. A good gymbro will push you past your perceived limits so you can get those last reps in.
#4 Meditation. I mentioned this in the video, but I don't believe I was clear enough to what I mean. Set a timer for 5 minutes today and cross your legs and sit on the bed. Close your eyes and stop thinking and try to attain a unclouded and peaceful mind by thinking about nothing. Meditation will calm you and help to control your thoughts and your mind from racing.
#5 Attack your problems. This wasn't in the video because I forgot to mention it, but I had it in my notes. But some of the problems in life you just have to hit it again and again and again until it works. Some things you have use sheer willpower to get what you want. If you keep on working and don't give up eventually, you're going to get something right no matter how many times you fail. So, attack your problems with brutal efficiency.

There is Truth in Suffering.
What I used to convert YouTube videos to downloadable ones.

Just press download once, if you do it a second time you get a virus.
Be careful when using that and have some common sense.

Running for a long time reveals things about yourself. Like your mindset when its hard to breathe and your legs hurt slightly from running. Running challenges how much you can take and increases your endurance over time.
I'm going to see how this video does. Pretty proud of it honestly, I found out how to turn down audio with shotcut, so I got background music now.
I'm excited to see results in the analytics tab.
Background music is from OperaGx Cyberdeck web browser mod.
Eventually I'm probably going to sell you something. But it'll be a good product and not some cheap shopify product. But you don't have to worry about that for now, because my main focus is on uploading quality videos that I'm actually proud of and that do well. Good luck bro :)
