Description

In early 2019 I was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. It was a lot to take in at the time and it has been a life changing experience in many ways but one I've had to learn to deal with. I have decided to document this journey in hope that my story will help others going through a similar situation. Maybe even motivate people with no diaagnosis but tell tale symptoms to get checked up before it's too late.
