I am an opensource developer. I tend to either rant, play games, or show progress on my current projects.

My coding philosphy:

"PIX" (which is also my username) stands for:

- Personally implement everything

- Implement with KISS

- Test everything religiously

"PIT" also works. As the "X" is a roman numeral for "10" - but I find "PIX" more alluring.

I am a SOLO developer, which means I just work on my own projects alone. I do this because I enjoy programming - and while my GitHub doesn't have everything I have made - I do have myself quite a bit of projects I am working on behind the scenes.

The current I am working on is an algorithm, a machine learning algorithm, and from scratch, no libraries or anything - better than relying on obscurity.

Now I'm not an idiot about how I view libraries - in cases where it's needed, use them, but I tend to have a critical view of frameworks and libraries - as I usually learn how to work with the framework, --or build with certain aspects-- through reading the code itself.
