Not All Spiritual Mountain tops Are Good!
Christians are fervently praying for Revival and spiritual excitement. They are weary of the walk in the wilderness and want a "mountain top" experience. As we study the life of Christ in Luke chapter 4 we find that Jesus experienced true revival in the Wilderness while it was on the mountaintop that he was tempted. All too often believers throw doctrine to the wind because something looks or feels like it is the moving of the Holy Spirit. Don't despise the trek through the wilderness. If you walk with God that is true revival and during the times of spiritual excitement beware!!! That is when we can become careless and be deceived.

The Message of John the Baptist
John the Baptist was sent to prepare the way for the Lord. He introduced Repentance and Water Baptism and faith in God for the salvation from sin. The people and many religious leaders believed John to be a prophet from God and accepted these religious practices as a result. This paved the way for the Lord Jesus Christ because the teaching of individuals needing to confess and turn from sin and to take a step of faith by being baptized, ceremonial cleansing was now accepted and understood. When John baptized Jesus he identified Jesus as the Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world and soon God took John out of the world. John's baptism was called the baptism of repentance. Jesus had not yet begun his ministry. Jesus and all of the apostles including Paul taught that faith in God will produce repentance from sin and obedience to water baptism. There was a great difference between John's baptism and Christian baptism for Christian baptism is the proclamation of faith in Christ Jesus and is performed in the NAME of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost. The Christian message is Repent and Believe and be Baptized. Water baptism itself does not save from sin, it is simply the act of obedience that comes from faith. Repentance by itself does not save, it is the result of true faith when a person turns from self to follow Christ. So John's message paved the way introducing the need for personal salvation even for Jews. That all men are sinners who need to seek the grace of God. That to come to God one must repent of sin and that water baptism is the profession of that faith to the world.

WHY DO THE HEATHEN RAGE?
King David observed that the heathen are always in a rage and he wonders in Psalm 2:1 Why? Why do the heathen rage?
The Hebrew for rage also means "tumult" and today we wonder why the heathen around us are always in one tumult or another... always engraged. Why?

Faithful women and the Resurrection of Christ
The four Gospels tell us that the morning of Christ's resurrection many women risked their lives and honor to go to the tomb to anoint the body of Jesus with burial spices. Where were the disciples that morning? They should have at least been present to protect the women. They all seem to have thought that Jesus was speaking in a parable when He said that He would be in the tomb for 3 days and nights and rise from the grave on the third day.
The first person to see the resurrected Christ was a woman, Mary Magdalene of whom Jesus had healed of various diseases and cast out seven demons when they first met. Each of these women have a story to tell of love, worship and sacrifice for the Savior. Three of them dared venture into the open tomb to find two angels who told them that Jesus had risen...AS HE SAID! According to pollsters 70 Percent of Americans claim to believe in the physical and literal resurrection of Jesus. I find that number hard to believe looking at the state of our nation and church. However, I believe it and I tell you why I believe.

The Song of Moses and of the Lamb
Re 15:3 And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.
4 Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy: for all nations shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

THERE'S POWER IN THE BLOOD
Without the shedding of blood there can be no remission of sin the Bible tells us. What is so important about the blood? Why is it necessary for salvation? Only the blood of Jesus can redeem us and save us. When you stand before the judgement seat what will be your plea? There is no plea bargaining in heaven. Put your faith in the blood of Jesus today while you have hope.

The Old Path through Bethlehem
The small town of Bethlehem has an amazing written history in the Word of God. From Jacob to Ruth and Boaz To King David and Jesus himself Bethlehem has played an important spiritual and historical role.
The message today remembers the Old pathway, the old stories we should not forget. The importance of our blood lines and of remembering our ancestry. America lost her sense of who she is when the Christian people forgot who they were. Who their father's were.
The Old paths through Bethlehem have spiritual highs and tragic lows. Travel that old path with us and see if there is something very old that is very new to your memory.

Jesus: The Tried and True King
Jesus was put on trial. The Sanhedrin accused him to the Roman authorities of having declared himself to be King. The very thing the Sanhedrin was trying to end, the idea of Jesus as King was then established by the Roman authority. Pilate declared that Jesus is King of the Jews. Psalm 2 and Mark 15 go together as King David foresaw this event.
Jesus was crucified on Golgotha, the place of the skull. Ron Wyatt claimed back in the 1980's to have found the ark of the covenant directly under where the cross of Christ would have been planted in the chiseled rock. While his claim to this discovery is hotly contested it is very intriguing. If the ark really is buried in Golgotha, wouldn't this be a fitting place for the Jewish temple to be built without having to disturb the Mosque?
God said that he would set his King on the Holy hill of Zion. The next verse declares that this king would be the only begotten Son of God. Jesus was raised up on the Holy Hill of Zion with a sign by the highest civilian authority in the world, the Roman Empire, placed on his cross, declaring Jesus to be the King of the Jews.

Five Kernels of Corn
The pilgrims suffered such a shortage of food the winter before the first thanksgiving that they eventually were limited to 5 kernels of corn per person. The next harvest was plentiful however and that is the thanksgiving we all hear about. Later thanksgiving celebrations began with an empty plate save for 5 kernels of corn so that they would never forget how God brought them through that terrible winter of starvation. It then became a custom for everyone around the thanksgiving table to name five things they were thankful for that year as they place each of their kernels in a cup.
Psalm 118 is a Psalm of thanksgiving. Let's see how King David filled his cup of praise as he witnesses visions of the coming Savior Jesus Christ.

From the River to the Sea....
The "cream of the crop" from ivy league schools are chanting this slogan calling for the eradication of Israel and the Jewish people. It is the chant of genocide, bigotry and hate. Funny how they crawl out of their "safe spaces" to mindlessly support Hamas breaking the ceasefire and indiscriminately murdering and raping innocent civilians. They have fully betrayed themselves. They are not only intolerant but ignorant. Islam replacing Israel will not bring the people freedom but will lock the entire region under Islamic oppression. Why aren't all of the college girls wearing burkas at the protests if they thing Islam offers freedom?

NO GREATER LOVE
Many have given their full measure of devotion in service to their country. Every nation has it's hero's who gave their lives for others. Jesus said Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. Memorial day should be a day of sober remembrance and commemoration and yet it has become just another playday. Where does war come from? Why? The Bible explains the source of war and reveals that the battle is one that rages within our own hearts and souls. Jesus gave his life as a sacrifice... Not only for his friends but for his enemies. Christ shows the way to peace.

Answering the Rapturists: Divine Protection from the Wrath of God During the Tribulation
Rapturists search the book of Revelation for any hint of when the "rapture" happens. Chapter 1? Chapter 4? Chapter 7? Yet the book of Revelation is clear that the Resurrection happens at the second coming of Christ in chapter 20 and it even states that this is the "First Resurrection."
The rapturists then claim that despite what the Bible says that Christ must return for a "secret catching away" of his church seven years before His second coming because "we are not children of God's wrath."
In this sermon the scriptures address this question. It is true that God will not pour out his wrath on Christ's church and yet according to Scripture the church will be in this world during the tribulation. This sermon is about God's purpose in Christ's church enduring to the end, through all the persecutions of the Antichrist for the glory of God and to defeat the enemy through the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.

RAPTURE or RESURRECTION? What's the difference and why it matters!
As you know, the word "rapture" is not found in Scripture. The gathering of the believers in Christ in the air is called the "resurrection" in Scripture.
So why have so many departed from the Bible's term of resurrection to follow after the non-Biblical word "rapture"?
The answer to that seems to be in order to avoid the clear teaching of Revelation chapter 20 that the "first resurrection" happens in conjunction with the second coming of Christ immediately after the tribulation.
By changing the name of the resurrection to a non-Biblical word the proponents of rapturism can claim that every ascension into heaven is a rapture and then they use the verses that teach the resurrection and apply them to one of their many raptures.
The Bible is clear. There are only two resurrections. The first happens at the second coming of Christ in Revelation 20 and this is for those justified by the righteousness of Christ through faith. The second resurrection takes place 1,000 years later and is the resurrection of the rest of humanity who died without Christ before the first resurrection or lived during the thousand year millennial reign and they will be judged according to their works.
The resurrection happens at the Last Trump. There are seven trumpet judgements during the tribulation..The last Trump comes after the trumpet judgements and heralds the second coming of Christ. It is called the last Trump for that reason.
While the coming of Christ will take the world by surprise, believers will be expecting his return and the Bible gives us definite signs to let us know His coming is near.
In Matthew 24:29-30 Jesus reveals that "Immediately after the tribulation" He will gather his elect. Christ's elect is His church, His Bride. There are not two resurrections of those saved by faith, there is only one. Not one for the church then one for the Jews as many rapturists teach.
One of the signs of Christ's return for
His church is the rise of the antichrist eho will wage war against the saints. The saints are the church so the church will be on earth in order for this terror to commence.
Once you clear your mind of the "rapture" premise and study the resurrection you will find that all of the texts fit together in perfect harmony.

Medical Tyranny in the Last Days James 5
The fifth chapter in the Book of James details conditions of "the last days" before the return of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. Not only will the rich heap up treasures for the Last days for themselves through fraud robbing the common man but we also see new sicknesses and plagues and a medical tyranny rising up that will necessitate a return to prayer and trusting God like never before concerning our health.

Spiritual Survival In The Last Days
We see the government's and corporations of this world banding together in an effort to enslave the common man under their elitist tyranny. Under the guise of a pandemic they are usurping power with a despotic hand. Even elections have been usurped and it seems that insanity rules and there seems to be no way of stopping it or even slowing down this mad rush into fascism. The covid passport and vaccine may not be the mark of the beast but are being used to construct the mechanisms for the beast system of controlling what may be bought or sold...in other words all commerce and the ability to survive in this world. The book of James gives the believer solid instruction on how to maintain our faith and watch over our heart mind and soul.v

Do not Despair
Many are in fear and discouraged today after witnessing the theft of a presidential election by the media and their Democrat cohorts. The future looks bleak. May God Save our Nation.
But do not allow the devil to steal your peace. Our confidence is not in man but God so do not be dismayed but be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be dismayed. The communists cannot steal our peace or diminish our joy it is God who sustains us. We expect no more from rich powerful rulers than what we have witnessed. Why are we surprised? The real storm is coming soon and the calm one in the center of that storm is our King and Lord, Jesus Christ.

Obey God Rather Than Man
Bureaucrats and Governors are making Decrees that are unlawful. When Government decrees violate Bible commands It is the duty of the Pastors, Elders, and Deacons to lead their congregations into Godly Obedience. Note I do not call it civil disobedience because it is the officials who are committing disobedience not those who refuse unlawful orders. The Scriptures give us ample illustration. Our nation's founders were right when they said, "Rebellion to Tyrants is Obedience to God."
