I'm Steve Grossman and welcome. I make videos to inspire, lead, and encourage you to find out who God created you to be and what God created you to do (hint: to help Him accomplish His will on earth). I bring both the theological and practical perspectives of life and the Bible because...well, I believe they are one and the same since they are both part of God's creation (See Genesis 1, 2, & 3).

I'm a Pastoral Temperament Counselor and Life Coach and my wife, Jill, and I own and operate Erchomai Counseling and Coaching in Smyrna, TN. Erchomai (er-ko-my) is the Greek word for "come, be established" and our mission is to help people be established in their identity, purpose, and the application of God's Word for a lifetime. I have the same goal for this channel and everything I do.
