Giant Small Business is for those that have the courage to start something of their own and want resources to know what to expect at the start, during and after starting and running a small business. My name is Alvaro Hernandez and I started this channel to share what I've learned from serving in the military, working multiple odd jobs to starting, building and running multiple business of my own. I also want to document the process of starting a new business and using different approaches to identify what works and what does not. I believe in the share business mindset. I believe it is easier and more effective to start and run something when you do it with a team of people. (Its better to gain 25% of $1, than 100% of $0).
