RFK Jr. on America's Devolution and the Fight for Freedom
RFK Jr. on America's Devolution and the Fight for Freedom
Well, I talked to you a moment ago about what I see as a devolution of American democracy and how it's turning into something that is, that is, I would describe as a totalitarian system and that I see because of what I've been doing for 20 years working on chronic disease issues. And what I did for 20 years before that working on environmental issues, I see how these powers, these economic aggregations can commoditize everything. If they commoditize the water, they commoditize, they steal it from the public; they turn it in. When General Electric dumped PCBs in the Hudson, it was privatizing all the fish in the Hudson and turning them into its own private property. And they privatize our landscapes, the Purple Mountain's majesty.
And when I started fighting on public health issues, I saw how they're privatizing our children. They're literally stealing their health. We have in this country now the sickest children in the world. We have the highest chronic disease burden of any nation on earth. When my uncle was president, we were spending, we had 6% of Americans had chronic disease. Today, almost 60% do. And when my uncle was president, I was a boy. We spend zero on chronic disease in this country. Today, we spend $4.3 trillion, and that money is going upward into the pockets of certain people, and mainly it's the pharmaceutical industry.
The most valuable asset in America today is a sick child. Because if you can get a child sick when they're very young and get them dependent on Ozempic, and Adderall, and insulin, and seizure medication, you have now a client for life that is spending, is generating thousands of dollars potentially a week in revenue for these interests.
And so I see how they're commoditizing everything. They're stealing everything we value. And ultimately, that comes from them being able to overrun our constitutional rights. And I saw it during COVID. I saw the whole thing in miniature, you know, compressed time, exactly what they're up to. And I remember in 2020 in August, I was in Berlin. I was giving a speech to 1.3 million people who had come from all over Europe, it was like Woodstock, but for political freedom, because they saw what was happening with these mandates. It came from every nation in Europe to protest them, and I was, I gave a speech.
I ran into an NBC film crew there, and they were all wearing masks. And they said to me, why aren't you wearing a mask, you're in this big crowd, shaking hands, aren't you scared of dying? And I said, "There's things that scare me a lot more than dying." And they said, "Like what?" And I said, "Like losing my constitutional rights. Like having... like having my children grow up in an America where they cannot speak freely and criticize their political leaders. And I, we had a whole generation in 1776 of people, of men and women, who gave their fortunes, they gave their property, they gave their status and their lives to giving us this constitution, to giving us this incredible gift, and we became the template for the rest of the world.
In 1776, we were the only democracy on earth. By 1865, there were five. By the time my uncle was president, there were about 130, and by the end of the 1960s, there were 190 all based on the American model. So, we truly were the exemplary democracy. We were the hope, the light for the whole world.
You know, today we've lost our, we've lost our role as a model. Nobody wants the system we have. We're no longer a moral authority. We've eroded this through this dynamic. And, you know, I don't want that for my children. I want my children to grow up with the hope, with the love for this country that I had.
I'll say one other thing. In 2013, there was a poll where they asked young Americans under the age of 35, are you proud to be an American? 85% said yes. The same poll taken six months ago, 17% said yes. We have a whole generation that's lost their pride in being an American citizen, and they've lost hope for their own futures. And we had a generation in 1776, 20,000 of them died, a huge number, it would be like a million people today. That gave us our constitution. And then, you know, they said to us that every generation must water the tree of liberty with its own blood if you're going to hold on to this.
It's not something that I want to do. I have a really good life, and I had a great family that loved me. I still have a nuclear family that loves me but... And I have a big family now too. But I, you know, I really I didn't feel like I had a choice. I felt like I have to do this the same reason people left their homes in 1776 to do something for an idea, and I want to keep that idea for my kids.

Transformative Benefits of Fasting You Should Know
Andrew Anderson: Hey there, Andrew Anderson here today, and I just got done with a really good workout. Gotta keep the guns in shape here, and coming off a 21 hour fast, and if you're not doing that, it's amazing what it can do. For men, it can raise their testosterone 1,300%. Believe it or not, you'll get a spike after about hour 16 to 18. It'll help with autophagy where it allows your cells to kick out the bad parts. It'll help you fight viruses and bacteria, and it'll kick out the pre-essence cells or the cells that are starting to turn into cancer or go bad. And this is all well documented and scientifically proven. So, but don't ever believe anybody, including your doctor. Do your own research with the internet now, even though you have to dig deep because there's some forces out there that don't even want you to be healthy. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and that's about it.

Carnivore Diet: Easy Brisket Recipe Without the Grill
So, we are making a brisket. This is, believe it or not, about a seven and a half pounder. So, all I did with this, if you're going to cook it inside and not drag out the grill, salt and pepper. I scored the fat, and then I put in a little liquid smoke, and all it is, they run smoke through water until it and then they distill it down, and so, it'll give it a great smoky flavor. I'm going to put this in here at 390 for about 15 minutes to get it nice and charred or charred, get a brown bark on it. And then I'm going to set it down to 225 for about six hours and cook it in the oven, and it should be good to go.
We've got our brisket; I think it was seven or eight pounds. It looked, it shrunk a little bit. There's a quite a bit of fat on here. And I'm not positive, I think this might've been a prime, so there's more fat on it, but I just cut off a big chunk super soft spin in the oven since 10:30, it's 4:30 now, so over six hours. And that's enough.
And you can see in the first part how I did it. Pretty simple. I just covered it up with tinfoil. I did have this at 390 for about 20 minutes, and then I turned it down to 250. Well, actually yeah, I did it at 390 for about 10 minutes. Turned it down to 250 for the rest for about five hours. I turned it back up. I checked on it, turned it up to 390 for 15 minutes. Then I turned it down to 225 for the other 45 minutes left. So, that's about it. And good stuff. I'll let you know how it tastes here in a little bit. I'm going to dive in and I'm sure it'll be good.
And if you want to make barbecue sauce, you can. I use organic. I do carnivore, but it's a way of life. It is not a life sentence. And I do do some carbs. I actually feel better when I throw them in occasionally. Not all the time. Everybody's different. But I noticed after I go for three or four weeks straight hardcore carnivore, I just have a hunger for something else. And I just follow my bliss and it works. I don't go crazy. I've not eaten 6,000 carbs or anything like that, but every once in a while, and I will eat some fruit and some homemade yogurt that helps build collagen. And usually, it's typically pineapple because it has enzymes that actually help you digest food and can help with a lot of other things going on in your body.
So anyway, Andrew Anderson signing off. Hope you're having a flipping blast. Enjoy life every minute of the day. It's a gift and you guys and gals have a great one. So, this is for The Longer Crowbar and I look at Eat Fat, Get Skinny, the book every day, and I'm like 98% there.
I've got a mental block. I'm not sure what it is. Maybe one of you can help me get over it, but it's been sitting there for like seven years now, and I need to just do it. So, maybe that'll be my August resolution. So, hope you have a great day. Let me know if you make this. Talk to you later. Bye.

Making My Own Bombproof Yogurt Results
Hey there, Andrew Anderson. So, we got this batch of bomb proof yogurt out yesterday, and so we're gonna see how nice and thick this is. Look at this. See, um, it should be that creamy. If it's not, you didn't do something right.
And I actually have the carbohydrate protein content on this. I was the first one to do it and I'll share that with you. I've got to put that on the website. So, I'll do that but this is basically going to be it.
I'm going to put some strawberries in there. I'm doing carnivore with a little bit of carbs and I know there's hardcore people in there that do just carnivore, but I feel better when I have a little bit of carbs in it. Not much, probably 15 to 20 grams a day. And definitely include this because the me without bomb proof yogurt and not is totally different. So, that's what's shaking there. Anyway, so, that's it. Definitely feel better. Oxytocin for the win.

What is discipline How is it different from self-control
Jeff Bezos: I get eight hours of sleep. I prioritize it. I am very, um, focused on it. And, and in the, for me, I need eight hours of sleep. I think better. I have more energy. My mood is better. All these things. And think about it. As a senior executive, you get paid to make a small number of high quality decisions and they should just be as high quality as I can make them. Warren Buffett says he's good if he makes three good decisions a year.
Andrew Anderson: Comment below and let me know what you think. I read every single comment. There are some smart people out there. Perhaps you're one of them.

Making Complex Things Simple
Hello, fellow crows and iQAi.pro users. So, I've been dorking with my internet for better part of three hours off and on today, trying to get it to work. Figured that out. So, I want to go back over a couple of things that I just did. I just uploaded it. This is not going to work here. Let's go back.
00:22 Prompt Setup
So, I'd previously uploaded this. I'll show you the prompt here in a minute. And OR, I call this OR simply because Penrose and Hammeroff are like one of my favorite guys these days. And it's funny how without any direction, it took this here. So, I want to do this again and go back to where it was.
So, this is round number three. So, what I have here is, and this prompt, we'll come back to this in a second. You need to upload your document first. So, we're gonna try this one more time. We'll upload OR, and if you're in quantum physics like I am, see the full conversation. All right.
So, we're going to do this anyway. It doesn't let you be too silly about things. So, this is the prompt. What are the key takeaways from this document or text? So, I'm going to hit run now and let's see if it's changed and it should, and I'll show you the other document that I have that it did. And for complex situations, this is a really good thing. And the first time is typically the best I found because it thinks it wasn't good enough and it'll pound it out. And I'll show you the difference here in moi memento. Let's see here. So, that's basically it.
01:33 Exploring Quantum Entanglement
So, what this does is, and this has been, I actually wrote a thing on the Pygmalion Effect, a story, I don't know, like maybe seven, eight years ago on it. And why when you think good things will happen, they happen. And when you think bad things happen, they happen. And so, when I found out about quantum entanglement and then the OR theory which basically says, so quantum entanglement is, if you don't know this, is two things at once here. Let's go back, history. So, this is a good one. So, anyway Roger Penrose and Stewart Hammeroff, they're both super smart guys. I think one won Nobel Prize, and the other one is the anesthetic doctor plus a psychologist and all this other stuff.
But, so anyway, the birds of a feather thing i.e. the crows, when you're around people, have you ever noticed like, you know, they say that you're like the five people that you hang around most, whether you're overweight, underweight, rich or poor, socioeconomic status, and everything else. And the OR theory along with quantum entangled, it explains it, especially now that they found out that we breathe out pieces of DNA like by the tens of thousands, if not millions, when we're around other people. So, quantum tanglement is when you have two molecules that are aligned quantumly, no matter how far they're separated, it's like by 10,000 miles or even a thousand miles, they react exactly the same instantaneously. They cannot measure the time differential. So, which blows away E=MCsquared, but not really. Einstein did not like quantum mechanics. So, when you pull this into quantum entanglement OR theory or three says we all have these tubules in our brain which they said didn't really matter that the "experts," right? And one of my best quotes I ever came up with, I think is most experts aren't. So, we're gonna run with that.
And so, what they have posited and they proved themselves and it really makes sense, it just fits in so well, is that our minds are quantumly entangled with other people or they can be. Right? So, when you're around other people, you start acting like them. And then with the quantum entanglement where you're actually breathing in DNA, and especially in cases like a mother and child where, you know, they know something happened, good or bad, instantaneously, they are quantumly entangled and your tubules can interact. They're the parts in your brain can interact quantum and they can communicate quantumly.
And then when you connect that with bio photons, which all nerves put off, we put out I think it's a billion every minute, they can have an effect on this stuff. So, it could explain ESP, intuition, and why groups of people, when they have the same goal, that they do miraculous things. This is that 100X effect sometimes.
04:24 Practical Applications
So anyway, that was the short, the long answer for what you can use this for. And I kinda like this one. And just to reiterate here, so this saves it in clean text. So, if you place this in your website, you're not going to get all janky. So, we strip out the code in here when it's saving. So this is just straight text. And then when you pop it out, you can go ahead and put the spacing and everything else in there.
So anyway, that's a long version of it. Hope you're having a great evening. I am going to go take a shower. Hey, it's been a long day. And so that's it.
04:57 Future Plans for iQAi.pro
Simple template or a simple prompt. It's available now. I've got a ton of these. What I'm trying not to do is overwhelm everybody. So, if you have any requests for prompts or some mods to these prompts, just let me know and I will get back to you as soon as I can, and we'll come up with some really cool stuff. I literally have 2,000 or 3,000 at this point in the game plan, and I'm almost ready to put, I'll be able to put like three or four hours a day into this which is going to be fantastic here shortly.
Anyway, hope you guys and gals are doing fantastic and thank you for being pros. You'll look back in this time and say, remember when we did that stuff? And because this is, if you use this correctly, AI with HI, it's, game changing, and I'm still sticking by this. People that aren't using AI within six months to a year are not going to be in business. I really think that. So anyway, hope you have a great day. Andrew Anderson, fellow pro, signing off. And this is definitely a longer crow bar, don't you think? Talk to you later. Bye bye.

How to Get Enough Fat for Your Keto Diet
Hey! Andrew Anderson here. So today with iQ Keto, Intermittent Fasting and Keto, Eat Fat, Get Skinny, and The Longer Crowbar.
So, we’re talking about fat here and this is good Wagyu fat, and you can see it looks like ice cream. It’s nice and white. And then we also have some natural duck fat. This tastes really good on anything that you make. So, I added this to some 85/15 organic hamburger that I got at Aldi’s. It was $4.49. God only knows, it’s probably $10 a pound by the time you see this.
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that this is what you do when you’re first starting keto. One of the biggest mistakes is not eating enough calories and fat. We don’t count our calories, but you have to eat enough calories and fat to satiate yourself. And don’t count them, just eat till you’re full, okay? And then one more bite. That’s it. Stay tuned for more tips.

The Myth of Calories and Why Calories Don't Matter
In this enlightening video, host Andrew Anderson engages with Dr. Gina Pritchard to unravel the persistent myth surrounding calorie counting and to explain why calories don't matter as much as popularly believed. Drawing from Andrew’s over a decade-long experience with the keto diet, they debunk the traditional notions about calories being the primary metric for weight loss or health maintenance. They point out that numerous studies have demonstrated the fallacy of calorie measurement and argue that equating calories from different sources, like fats, proteins, and carbohydrates, is misleading. Dr. Pritchard emphasizes that our bodies respond to different types of foods in varied ways, and caloric intake doesn't provide a complete picture of dietary health.
During the discussion, Andrew uses the analogy that comparing the caloric impact of various substances, like tequila and beer, doesn't account for the different effects they have on the body. Dr. Pritchard elaborates, stressing that calories in versus calories out oversimplifies the complex science of energy metabolism. She advocates for cancelling the calorie conversation entirely, explaining how the body’s energy use is much more complex, involving cellular functions and energy sources like glucose and insulin. The discussion highlights that extreme caloric restriction can lead to counterproductive results, such as a slowdown in metabolic processes and fat preservation by the body, contrary to the traditional view that less caloric intake results in weight loss.
Instead, both Andrew and Dr. Pritchard recommend focusing on the quality of food — particularly proteins and fats — and adopting methods like intermittent fasting. They explain how intermittent fasting differs from mere caloric restriction, promoting cellular health and longevity through processes like autophagy, which the body undergoes during fasting periods. According to Dr. Pritchard, this process helps in eliminating inefficient 'zombie cells' and supports overall metabolic efficiency. The duo also touches on the efficiency of ketones as an energy source compared to glucose. Ketones provide a more sustainable and productive form of energy, enhancing brain and heart functions, and leading to a state Dr. Pritchard describes as a 'lean mean fat-burning machine.'
Throughout their 10-minute conversation, Andrew and Dr. Pritchard also discuss how hormonal imbalances related to diet can affect feelings of fullness and overall satiety. When individuals switch to a healthier diet, such as keto, their bodies start to reset, and hormone receptors gradually return to a state where they can accurately signal fullness. This adjustment leads to more effective and natural weight management without the need to count calories. They emphasize that understanding the type of food consumed is critical for health improvements and that when the body is properly fueled with quality nutrients, it does not make mistakes in managing energy efficiently.
The discussion then transitions to how intermittent fasting and a ketogenic diet can be implemented effectively. Dr. Pritchard explains that by consuming high-quality proteins and fats, individuals can experience substantial improvements in cognitive focus and physical performance. Intermittent fasting aids in this process by creating eating windows that promote efficient energy use and cellular cleanup. They further highlight the importance of community support and education in transitioning to and maintaining healthier lifestyles. Dr. Pritchard notes that seeing others successfully living this lifestyle can be highly motivational, encouraging those new to the approach to persist and seek support when needed. The importance of education and community is underscored as key elements in making lasting lifestyle changes.
Towards the end, Dr. Pritchard shares where viewers can find more information, including her websites ThePreventClinic.com and SkipYourNextHeartAttack.com. They also introduce The Spit Test, which helps monitor the oral microbiome, an often-overlooked aspect of health connected to the gut biome. Monitoring and maintaining a healthy oral microbiome can have significant implications for overall health. In conclusion, they drive home the transformative potential of ketogenic diets combined with intermittent fasting, encouraging viewers to move beyond outdated calorie myths for better physical and mental well-being. The video wraps up with Andrew expressing his gratitude for Dr. Pritchard’s insights and highlighting the impact these practices have had on his own life.

Make Homemade Cabbage And Beet Sauerkraut - Organic
Welcome, sports fans! I've been meaning to share this forever. Many people have been curious about it, so today, I'm talking about homemade kraut — specifically, homemade organic cabbage and beet sauerkraut. It's the best kind, and I use it in my diet every day. Sauerkraut is great for your gut health, helps you digest your food better, and allows you to absorb vitamins and minerals more efficiently. Studies even suggest that a healthy gut can make you smarter, improve your immune system, and combat infections more effectively. There's virtually no downside and all kinds of upsides to adding sauerkraut to your daily diet!
One of the things I want to caution you about is the type of salt you use. This is the easiest food you'll ever prepare other than boiling water, but it's vital to use the correct salt. Always opt for sea salt. Avoid table salt, iodized salt, and even kosher salt. These contain talc, alum, ferrous cyanide, and silica, which are bad for you and can mess up the fermentation process. This method is called lacto-fermentation, and although it might seem daunting at first, it's actually straightforward.
For today's recipe, I'll be using a combination of cabbage and beets. Beets are excellent because they help produce nitric oxide, which has been shown to improve brain function and memory. In fact, the Nobel Prize in 1998 was awarded for research related to this. Whenever possible, use organic produce or get your vegetables from sources you trust, like local farmers who don't use herbicides or pesticides. I'll start by peeling an organic beet with an old peeler, which works great despite its age. The process is simple and won't take more than a few minutes.
First, cut the cabbage in half and remove the core. I prefer my cabbage pieces to be fairly large, but you can chop them to your liking. Once you've chopped the cabbage, place it in a stainless steel or crockware bowl. Avoid using aluminum or plastic bowls, as these can contaminate the mixture. Next, carefully chop the beets. Beets can stain your hands and surfaces, so handle them with care. After chopping, add the beets to the bowl with the cabbage. For each head of cabbage and one beetroot, I usually add about a tablespoon of sea salt. Mix everything well, and you'll notice the cabbage starting to release moisture.
Transfer the mixture into a one-quart mason jar. Use a tool like a smasher to press down the mixture and remove air pockets. This will also help extract more moisture from the vegetables. Continue to press and pack the jar until it's full. If you have filtered, distilled, or well water (without chlorine), you can add it to the jar to cover the vegetables. Make sure everything is tightly packed and that the salt is well distributed.
Now, let the jar sit at room temperature for about three to four days to start the fermentation process. You can also refrigerate it if you're worried about it going bad, but this will slow down the fermentation. Sometimes, a bit of mold might form on top; just skim it off. If you have some leftover sauerkraut from a previous batch, you can add it to the new batch to speed up the fermentation. Within a few days, you'll have delicious, tangy cabbage and beet sauerkraut ready to enjoy.
And that's all there is to it, sports fans! Homemade sauerkraut is easy to make and incredibly beneficial for your health. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Enjoy your kraut-making journey!

The Myth of Calories and Why Calories Don't Matter | Dr. Gina Pritchard

05:51 Mental and Physical Benefits
08:07 Impact on Relationships and Finances
09:01 Final Advice and Family Lifestyle
10:11 Conclusion and Thanks
In this engaging 10-minute interview, host Andrew Anderson speaks with Sarah Amonn from Zelko Aesthetics about her incredible journey of transforming her eating habits and losing 83 pounds. Sarah's story begins on January 12, 2022, when she decided to detox her body from sugars, wheats, and flours after her last pregnancy. She details her experience attending a specialized facility in Minnesota called COR, which focuses on detoxing from sugar using a 12-step recovery program. COR treats sugar, wheat, and flour addiction similarly to alcohol and drug addictions, which resonated with Sarah due to her long-term sobriety.
Sarah emphasizes that her structured eating plan includes strictly weighed and measured food at every meal, a practice that has now become second nature to her. She maintains a diet consisting of six ounces of protein, three ounces of starch, and eight ounces of vegetables, often accompanied by butter or oil. Ezekiel bread, made from sprouted grains, is her go-to choice because it doesn't cause inflammation or trigger negative responses in her body. Through this disciplined approach, Sarah has managed to nourish her body effectively, leading to remarkable changes in her physical and mental health.
The interview explores the significant impact of Sarah's dietary changes on her daily life. She shares how her clearer mind, improved energy levels, and better overall well-being have transformed various aspects of her life, from her role as a mother to her professional commitments. Sarah passionately describes how her new lifestyle improved her sleep, workouts, and even her relationships. She notes that cutting out sugar entirely, including artificial sweeteners, has eradicated brain fog and mood swings, thereby enhancing her productivity and happiness.
Additionally, Sarah discusses the specifics of her food plan, which includes three balanced meals and two snacks each day. A typical snack for her is plain Greek yogurt with six ounces of berries. She underscores the importance of eating to nourish the body and provide it with the necessary energy to tackle daily activities. Despite initial challenges, this method of meal planning has made her life more structured and easier in the long run.
Andrew and Sarah also delve into the broader social and financial aspects of her dietary adjustments. By eliminating unhealthy convenience foods and focusing on nutritious, home-cooked meals, Sarah has not only boosted her family's health but also saved money and enhanced their quality of life. Her children and husband have embraced the new way of eating, and the family seldom eats out, opting instead for clean restaurants when they do. This unified approach to food has fostered a sense of well-being and cohesion within her household.
One of the most profound changes Sarah describes is the impact on her mental faculties. She explains that the absence of sugar has led to a constant state of mental clarity, resilience, and an overall sense of being 'alive again.' This mental shift has permeated all areas of her life, from personal relationships to professional responsibilities, underscoring the deep connection between diet and mental health.
Towards the end of the interview, Sarah offers practical advice for others looking to start a similar journey. She encourages taking action, even if the initial steps are small, and highlights the importance of a consistent and prepared approach to eating. She firmly believes that sugar is a major detriment to health and advocates for its elimination from the diet. Her straightforward message is to prioritize nourishing the body with wholesome foods, a principle she successfully instills in her children and family.
The conversation wraps up on a positive note, celebrating Sarah's success and the tangible benefits of her dietary transformation. The interview provides valuable insights into the power of structured eating and detoxing from sugar, inspiring viewers to consider their own health and well-being.

What is Ketosis and How To Get Into The Keto Diet | Dr Gina Pritchard
Join Andrew Anderson and Dr. Gina Pritchard in this comprehensive 10-minute discussion about health, wealth, and happiness, focusing specifically on the benefits and processes of ketosis. Dr. Pritchard begins by providing a clear explanation of ketosis, using an analogy of a tanker truck carrying gasoline to illustrate how a high-carb, processed food diet prevents us from accessing our body's stored fat energy.
Dr. Pritchard emphasizes the importance of becoming fat burners, stating that ketosis allows the body to run on fat rather than glucose, leading to better performance and health. This includes debunking the myth that low-fat diets are healthier, and highlighting that both the brain and heart thrive on fat. The conversation delves deeply into the essentials of a ketogenic diet, advocating for the elimination of grains, processed foods, and unhealthy seed oils. Instead, they recommend focusing on real foods, particularly meats and animal fats, while also allowing for healthy fats like avocado oil and olive oil. Dr. Pritchard outlines several practical tips for achieving ketosis, such as intermittent fasting, low-carb eating, and regular exercise. She explains that the carb load needed to stay in ketosis can vary from person to person and discusses how athletes and men often have a higher tolerance for carbs due to higher metabolic rates and activity levels.
The pair also touch on the misconceptions surrounding ketone drinks, noting that while they can support a ketogenic lifestyle, they are not a replacement for eating sensibly. Andrew introduces the book 'The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living' by Dr. Jeff Volek and Dr. Stephen Phinney, which details the benefits of low-carb diets and ketosis. For those starting on their keto journey, Dr. Pritchard provides actionable first steps: narrowing the eating window, drinking plenty of water with electrolytes, and gradually reducing carb intake. She acknowledges the initial challenges of transitioning to ketosis, often referred to as the keto flu, and offers strategies to counter these symptoms, such as drinking healthy ketone drinks and electrolytes. She stresses the importance of support and education, recommending group support and reliable information sources.
The discussion also touches on the differences between men and women in terms of fasting and metabolic rates. The video concludes with an overview of the numerous health benefits of a keto-focused lifestyle, including improved mental focus, increased energy, weight loss, and reduced risk of chronic diseases. This episode is packed with valuable insights and practical advice for anyone looking to improve their health through ketosis.

Holy Bible NIV Genesis Chapters 1 to 3
Holy Bible NIV - Genesis Chapters 1 to 3
The Holy Bible (New International Version) Read by Myron Golden.
0:06 Genesis Chapter 1
In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. And God said, "Let there be light." And there was light. God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. And there was evening, and there was morning the first day.
And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water." So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so.
God called the expanse sky. And there was evening and there was morning. The second day. And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place and let dry ground appear." And it was so
Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation, seed bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the third day.
And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years. And let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.
And God said, "Let the water team with living creatures and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." So God created the great creatures of the sea. And every living and moving thing.
And God saw that it was good. God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." And there was evening, and there was morning, the fifth day. And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds, livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. And God saw that it was good.
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."
In the image of God, he created him. Male and female, he created them. God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number. Fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."
05:08 Genesis Chapter 2
By the seventh day, God had finished the work he had been doing. So, on the seventh day, he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy.
The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it. And the Lord God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden, but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it, you will surely die."
The Lord God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone. I will make a helper suitable for him. And while he was sleeping, he took one of the man's ribs and closed up the place with flesh. Then the Lord God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man and he brought her to the man.
08:47 Genesis Chapter 3
The serpent said to the woman, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden?'" The woman said, "God did say, 'You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.'"
"You will not surely die," the serpent said, "For God knows that when you eat of it, your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil." When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it.
She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it. Then the eyes of both of them were opened, and they realized they were naked.
But the Lord God called to the man, "Where are you?" He answered, "I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked. So I hid." And He said, "Who told you that you were naked? Have you eaten from the tree that I commanded you not to eat from?" The man said, "The woman you put here with me, she gave me some fruit from the tree, and I ate it."
Then the Lord God said to the woman, "What is this you have done?" The woman said, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."
To the woman he said, "I will greatly increase your pains and childbearing. With pain, you will give birth to children."
To Adam he said, "Because you listened to your wife and ate from the tree about which I commanded you, 'You must not eat of it.' Cursed is the ground because of you. Through painful toil you will eat of it all the days of your life."
The Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken.

Your Diet Affects More Than You Think
Your Diet Affects More Than You Think
Because I attribute the success that I had coming off all of those addictions and I'm seven years sober August 26th, 2023, whenever this comes out. Gambling's eight years in December, like without any 12 step or recovery program. And I truly give credit to the diet being the catalyst for helping me heal from this stuff. In the coaching that I have done in the past, I'm not a health coach, but inevitably this comes up and people say, "what are you eating?" And I believe it plays a far more significant role from a spiritual, from an emotional, physical, like just everything than people will ever even comprehend. And so my recommendation for anyone is if your health is suffering and you want to go and achieve all these things get that sorted first.

What Value Can You Add to Someone's Life
What Value Can You Add to Someone’s Life?
I operate truly and have done for the last three to four years... three, definitely three. With every single interaction that I go into with, "what value can I add this person's life?" What value can I add this person's life? Whether it be the checkout check, the IT support guy in Bangalore, India thousands of miles away, someone helping out at the supermarket or whatever. And I'm not talking about just rushing up to people and saying, "how can I help?" Like when you have that mindset, Andrew, after a bit of time and some positive feedback loop, you get really good at solving people's problems, and that is the fastest way to generate relationships. And then what follows relationships? Success and opportunities. People buy from people they know, like, and trust.

Find the Truth, Stay Open Minded
Find The Truth, Stay Open-Minded
I just want to know the truth so I can make an informed decision. Alright? And people say all the time, there's so much information about nutrition, there's so much. If you're serious about leveling up and you want to be a high level entrepreneur and you want to kick around with the best of the best, which is, I'm very blessed to say that's happening more and more in my life now. And that levels me up. You have to be open-minded to the fact that just because a whole general population of people believe it to be true, doesn't make it right. And having that growth mindset has just been so eye-opening for me as well. And then pivoting when I am wrong or there is something else that I've learned that, "ah, okay." I'll freely admit that as well. Not being afraid to say I made a mistake.
