Many people are afraid to try street food but in my opinion you can't go past the authentic styles, flavours and atmosphere, it all adds to a unique cultural experience. It's a good idea to always look and make sure the work station is well kept and food looks fresh, for most vendors this is how they make a living and are extremely proud of their products.
