Loop Band Workout
Loop bands are a great way to level up your workouts. These exercises require a loop band. Choose the resistance level that pushes you without causing you to lose proper form. Beginners should use a light to medium band, and those more advanced can choose medium to heavy.
These exercises will burn! Pause and take breaks rather than lose form.

Small Ball Leg Workout
Great 10 minute leg workout using a small ball!!
All exercises can be done without a ball, so jump in even if you don't have a fitness ball. If using a small ball, be sure to utilize it as much as possibly by applying slight pressure on the ball, which will maximize muscle activation.
Be sure to warm up before this workout!

KILLER Jump & Squat Workout
One of my HARDEST workouts! While it's under 10 minutes, it gets to WORK. You will feel this one!
I recommend shoes for this workout since there is a lot of jumping. I do NOT recommend doing multiple rounds of this workout. Instead, pair it with one or more of my other workouts for a full body routine.
