Why Masculinity is in Crisis and How to Fix It
In this video, I discuss why I believe masculinity is in crisis. Masculinity is not a social construct. Expressing masculinity in certain ways has changed over time, but men have generally behaved in line with the biological markers that underly masculinity. For example, men used to wear wigs, which we would deem today as not masculine. However, men still retained increased aggression, bravery, and disagreeableness; probably more so than the modern man.
There is a calculated attempt to destroy masculinity. The aggression, bravery, and disagreeableness which is fueled by natural biology with hormones like testosterone, are natural to masculinity. These cannot be removed. If we continue to feminize boys and go down the road of destroying masculinity, we will face dire consequences both mentally and in our ability to survive and compete against other nations.

Andrew Tate and Red Pill: What Every Christian Man Needs To Understand
Welcome back to the channel. In this video, I discuss Andrew Tate, the Red Pill community, and Christian Masculinity. Andrew Tate, Sneako, Fresh and Fit, etc. are just a few of the popular red pill personalities that have become increasingly famous in the recent months. They focus on topics such as masculinity, male self improvement, finances, dating, etc.
I have nothing personally against any of the red pill creators. In fact, I agree with a lot of what they say and there is a lot of good information that they provide for young men. However, it is important for men, especially Christian men, not to take masculinity in the wrong direction. The line between a good, noble man and a bad man is very thin. Both share similar qualities; it is how they use those qualities that make them distinct.
I am not saying that these creators are promoting the idea that men should be bad. I do think that young men are facing several severe issues today, and while we should address those issues, they should not be used to go to the opposite extreme. Many men are understandably angry and lost; it is therefore very easy for these men to cling to the wrong path.

Stoic Guide to Managing Dopamine
In this video, I briefly discuss what dopamine is and how it works, its relation to the stoic philosophy, and how to use that philosophy to have healthy levels of dopamine throughput the day. The explanation behind the mechanisms is based on Andrew Huberman's understanding of it, which he explains in the Huberman Lab Podcast if you want more information on it.
Dopamine should be thought of as a currency. It's a limited supply that should be used on things we truly care about. We should avoid activities that unnecessarily use too much dopamine or use it too often.

Blink and Cure Your Brain
"If you can't focus on a task, then you must blink and cure your brain."
In this video, I briefly explain how we can cure our brains. Cure them from what? The instant gratification culture that we live in. It has infected our brains to the point we cannot even focus anymore. Anything that doesn't grab our attention in a second or less is not even considered. This is only getting worse with most social media platforms adopting short videos with algorithms bringing endless more right after.
Our conscious thought can fix this, but we must believe it can. The more consciously you think of something, the more effortless and real it becomes. Change your attention and you'll change your brain.

The Tyranny of Reason; The Power of Your Irrationality
In this video, we look at Nietzsche and Jung's analysis of modern culture; namely, its faith in the category of reason. Is the search for objective truth enough to justify life on its own? Is there more to human existence?
The unconscious forces in human beings are probably older and just as important as our ability to think rationally. Archetypal images and stories have driven cultures for thousands of years. We live in a unique time in which these forces are being abandoned as unnecessary or undesirable. This is a grave mistake to Nietzsche and Jung, who accurately predicted that this would cause nihilism.
Happy to be back and stay tuned for more videos. Let me know what you think of this one in the comments. Subscribing and liking the video would help me out immensely.

Self-Improvement is a Drug.
Self-improvement is a drug. It can become addictive. The binging of self-help YouTube videos, books, and routines can become a lifestyle. It makes us feel like we are being productive and useful, but in actuality, we are just chasing the high of accomplishment without any real accomplishment. In a world where everything is provided to you, it makes sense why you would need to construct artificial ways of progress and movement forward.
I am not of course against all forms of self-improvement. But improvement has been conflated with change. We begin to hate ourselves when we see ourselves not stack up against others. But not each of us is a morning bird, drinker of Starbucks frappes, and go getter. Some of us stay awake late in the night researching our economy. Or researching why people today are so depressed in first-world countries. Some of us wake up at 4 am to workout. Others find the gym to be a waste of time and work in push-ups throughout the day. Our goal is to optimize our natural tendencies. This is who you are, stop trying to be like the staple carbon copy of an American worker.

ThoughtTalk Ep. 003 | Why You Shouldn’t Listen to Your Pastor
Welcome back.
In this ThoughtTalk episode, I go over several misconceptions that are pervasive throughout the Church. Concepts like "Carry your cross and follow me", "Faith without works is Dead", and the inerrancy of the Bible. If you are a very fundamentalist Christian, this will likely offend you. My intention is not to offend anyone, I just want incorrect interpretations that cause self hatred to end.
Christians should only be dogmatic about the event of Christ's death and resurrection. The overwhelming arrogance Christians seem to have in their interpretation should not be where their faith rests. What if you're wrong? Then what? Fortunately, it doesn't matter. You're likely incorrect about something. Focus on the event of Christ and all is good.

Eren Yeager, Nietzsche, and Jung: Individualism and the Warrior Archetype
In this video, I discuss Attack on Titan's effect on its viewers. In particular, Eren Yeager's archetypal attributes that he conveys to the viewers. I go over the Will to Power, individualism, and the warrior archetype.
Attack on Titan is a complex narrative about humanity defending itself from titans, humanoid creatures that have a taste for humans. Most of Paradis wishes to stay in the walls forever, stuck in a mode of complacency and apathy. Eren joins the Survey Corp to work toward his freedom. As he discovers more about himself and his powers, Eren goes to more extreme lengths to attain freedom. The hero becomes the warrior, as he is faced with a grim conclusion; the only way in which he can gain freedom. Attack on Titan is about the sovereignty of the individual vs the collective.

Aristotle: Actualize Your Potential
In this video, I go over Aristotle's concept of entelechy. The state of entelechy is when a being recognizes all of its potential. To Aristotle, this was the objective of life. I assert that many states of you already exist in abstraction, ranging from you fulfilling none of your potential, to fulfilling all of it. It is imperative that you recognize that potential "yous" do exist and you will be meeting them in the future. I think it would be wise then to take the necessary steps of realizing the potential "you" that you want to be and how to actualize that person. If you enjoyed, please like and share.
