Former Bikini Model Had an Impressive NASCAR Career
The female race car drivers that compete in the highest levels of racing never cease to amaze me. It’s hard enough to make a career out of racing in general, but a good majority of these women that make it to the big leagues also maintain other professional jobs on the side. Maryeve Dufault is a perfect example of this.
Dufault has certainly created an impressive resume for herself. This Canadian built her career as a motorsports racer and professional model, and she’s even been involved with a wide variety of television programs.
Like most professional drivers, Dufault started getting into racing at a young age. She grew up in Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, and started riding dirt bikes by the age of four. By the time she was eight, Maryeve was already racing in motocross events, however, she took more interest in the go-kart track. Competing in karting events in both the United States and Canada, she won multiple championships during this time.
Her success in karting eventually landed her a spot in Formula Racing. She has competed in multiple series events, including Formula BMW USA, Formula 3, Pro Star Mazda, Formula Renault, and Skip Barber Racing Series, bringing home several victories and podium finishes. Additionally, she did extensive testing on Formula cars in China and Great Britain, and performed precision driving for Honda, Yamaha, and Polaris.
Maryeve’s auto racing career continued even further when she got involved with stock car racing in the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series back in 2010. After she signed a driver development contract with FAZZT Race Team, she became the first female driver selected to be part of the Dodge Motorsport Driver Development Program. In 2011, Dufault made her ARCA Racing Series debut at Daytona International Speedway and NAPA Auto Parts 200 in Montreal, quickly impressing fellow driver Brad Keselowski. By the end of the 2011 racing season, she grabbed a top-10 finish at Chicagoland Speedway along with six other top-13 finishes, despite missing around five races that year.
She then graduated up to the NASCAR Nationwide Series race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve driving for MacDonald Motorsports. She became the first Canadian woman to race in the Nationwide Series since it took that name. Maryeve proved her talent on the track, and she was even listed as one of the “Top Female Drivers in Racing Today” by Fox Sports, as well as “Top 12 Up-and-Coming Female Drivers in Motorsports” by Bleacher Report.
After competing with Carter 2 Motorsports in 2012, she joined on with Go Green Racing for 2013. By the time 2014 rolled around, she began racing full-time for Team Stange Racing, as well. Eventually, after a merger deal fell through, mixed with the lack of funding and sponsorship, she ended up taking a break from racing in the series for a while.
Maryeve Dufault has appeared on a wide variety of movies and television programs. While most popularly noticed from her time on The Price Is Right, she’s also been involved with Driven, Relative Strangers, Entourage, Jay Leno’s opening show, and The Bold and the Beautiful. She was even used as a stunt driver for the movie Fast Girl.
On top of her television features, she’s doubles as a model. Dufault won the Miss Hawaiian Tropic International in 2000, beating over 35,000 other competitors in the process. She, along with co-winner Lisa Kessous, both represented Canada at the world competition in Las Vegas. Her participation granted her prizes including a jet ski, motorcycle, and prize money.
She’s noted on multiple occasions that she pursues modeling simply in an attempt at winning prize money so that she can put it back toward her racing career. No designer clothes. No excessive shopping sprees. It all goes toward funding racing. She wishes to be known for what she can accomplish on the track. How awesome is that?!
Maryeve Dufault’s multiple careers has resulted in a sizable net worth. She’s estimated to be worth around $9 million in 2020. While she stays extremely busy with different ventures, it’s good to see that it’s paying off quite well for her.
The race car driver has also done charity work, including raising $10,000 for the National Breast Cancer Foundation. She moved to Los Angeles to pursue her racing career, but now currently resides in Mooresville, North Carolina. I’m sure we’ll see even more out of this woman in the near future!

Teresa Earnhardt: Who Is Dale Earnhardt’s Widow?
If you closely followed the racing career of the late, great NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Sr., then you've probably heard at least a couple stories about his third wife and widow, Teresa Earnhardt.
Born Teresa Houston in Hickory, North Carolina, she's the biological mother of Taylor Nicole Earnhardt and the stepmother of Kerry Earnhardt and JR Motorsports co-owners, Kelley Earnhardt Miller and Dale Earnhardt Jr. On top of that, she's the former president and CEO of Dale Earnhardt, Inc. Thought it's no longer an active racing team, DEI maintains a historical showroom where fans can visit to purchase memorabilia and other goods.
Now, Teresa was actually at the head of the company for a while. She was in charge during four Busch Series championships in '98, '99, '04, and '05, as well as two Craftsman Truck Series championships in '96 and '98. Her very first win as a team owner was at the Daytona 500 in 2001, when Michael Waltrip took the victory in the No. 15 Chevrolet. Unfortunately, this victory was overshadowed by the tragic death of Dale Sr. at Daytona International Speedway.
By late 2006, Teresa hired Max Siegel as the President of Global Operations for DEI to help expand further into the entertainment industry, and by 2007, DEI had acquired Ginn Racing.
Following her late husband's death, Teresa was unable to retain sponsorship from Budweiser and the United States Army. Because of that, it led the team to a merger with Chip Ganassi Racing in 2008. Going forward, the name would be Earnhardt Ganassi Racing. They even managed to pull off a win at the Daytona 500 in 2010, courtesy of Jamie McMurray. Teresa's ownership in EGR was absorbed by Chip Ganassi in 2014, after he bought Teresa out of her shares. They soon reverted the name back to Chip Ganassi Racing. This turned out to be a good thing, however, since she could now continue to operate DEI in Mooresville, North Carolina.
There were several issues that made themselves known within the company. For one, Teresa and her stepson Dale Jr. already had a rocky relationship. Well, around 2007, he cut his relationship off with her completely after he announced that he would not be returning to DEI for the 2008 season, leaving the team for Hendrick Motorsports. The reason behind it was that they were unable to reach an agreement that worked for both himself and his three siblings, who claimed equal rights to the business.
Additionally, there was more conflict in 2016, when Teresa sued Kerry Earnhardt for using the Earnhardt name in his business venture. He and his wife were planning on marketing a line of homes and furniture with the name "The Earnhardt Collection," however, Teresa won the appeal.
Needless to say, Teresa Earnhardt has found herself at the center of plenty of controversy over the years.

Richard Rawlings’ Wife Katerina Was Previously Married to a Billionaire
Fast N' Loud star Richard Rawlings has proven to be a hot commodity, not just as a TV personality, but in his own personal life. The Dallas, Texas native never really stays single for very long, but I guess that's just a benefit of being a celebrity. As of 2020, Richard officially married Katerina Panos Deason, and they definitely appear to be living the good life.
If you remember, Rawlings was previously married to Karen K. Grames for a short stint in the 1990's. His most recent ex-wife is Suzanne Rawlings, and they were married twice, totaling 14 years. Eventually they ended up divorcing in 2019, but it didn't take long for Richard to meet his next, and hopefully true love, Katerina.
Now, in August of 2019, Richard posted a photo of himself to social media kneeling in a bed of sandy rose petals as he proposed to Katerina in Quintana Roo, Mexico. Of course, she said yes. The couple originally had plans to do a big wedding in Greece, but they had to make some adjustments as the pandemic first started to develop. Rather than attempt to wait it out, the two figured out how to get it done.
They decided to ditch the idea of a big wedding, and change their location to Key West, Florida instead. Even though there was no big audience for the beach wedding, the pictures and videos that were posted on Instagram (@rrrawlings) drew in lots of attention from the fans, and rightfully so. It was a big moment.
So who exactly is Katerina Deason? Well, Katerina was actually freshly divorced herself prior to her and Richard's marriage, but her lifestyle normally consisted of many types of luxuries during their relationship. Her ex-husband happens to be Texas billionaire Darwin Deason. He was the founder of Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) which he later went on to sell to Xerox for a cool $6.4 billion back in 2010.
Katerina married Deason in 2008, just before he sold the company. Since that point, their life started to revolve around private jets, supercars, mansions, traveling, and living a private life on their mega-yacht named Apogee. Normally, they would spend three to six months out of the year on the yacht just living life in the best way possible. After the two started having issues, they separated, and officially finalized the divorce in 2019.
Katerina was Deason's fifth wife, and now she has become Rawlings' third. You might think that it would be tough to stack up to a guy who has an estimated net worth on the Forbes list, but Richard and Katerina seem to both be extremely happy with one another. He may not be a billionaire, but Rawlings has stacked up a nice little nest egg from his business, and TV show involvement. On top of that, he loves indulging in the finer things in life. The newlyweds actually seem like a pretty fit couple.
Hopefully that happiness they feel together sticks around in the long run, and who knows, maybe we'll even see Katerina appear more often one of the TV show programs with Richard. She's naturally comfortable being in front of the cameras, and I'm sure the audience would love to get to know her.

Where Is Adrienne Janic From “Overhaulin'” Today?
Adrienne "AJ" Janic, co-host of the hot rod reality show "Overhaulin" is another shining example of women rocking it in the automotive industry. Unlike some reality television hosts, Adrienne Janic wasn't necessarily looking for a career in cars, but now she's got the resto bug.
Adrienne "AJ" Janic grew up in Whittier, California. Never heard of it? Not surprising. Nestled within Los Angeles County, this town is home to fewer than 90,000 people.
Her father hails from Serbia, and worked hard in his career as an aerospace engineer. Her mother, a registered nurse, was born in Mexico. AJ found that while she enjoyed school and graduated at the top of her class, college wasn't her calling. Instead, she thought about joining the Air Force. But, before she could officially enlist, she was discovered by a talent scout while grocery shopping.
If all of this sounds like Hollywood fantasy, the TV host insists that it wasn't all easy riding. She had to quickly learn to handle harsh rejection and constant critique. Eventually, she realized that she wanted to entertain more than appear, and set her sights on a film career.
Fans of the tv show "Overhaulin" identify with her, due to her authentic outlook and realistic attitude. Well, that, and she's really, really, REALLY pretty. As she auditioned time and time again, one lesson that Adrienne Janic learned on the road to stardom was to always be true to herself.
As an example, she points to her audition for Fanta. She wasn't prepared for the singing and dancing that were required, so she went all in and improvised a combination cheer squad performance with a Britney Spears impression, dressed in jeans and a t-shirt. Much to her surprise, she was instantly contacted with a call back, leading to a two year career as one of the Fantanas.
AJ's perseverance is demonstrated in her IMDB filmography, with a diverse portfolio of acting credits that defy "pretty girl" typecasting. She has several television roles to her name, including appearances as Dr. Vivian on "House" and roles in "Kitchen Confidential" and "Complete Savages." She's appeared in films such as "Diary of a Sex Addict," "Cattle Call" and "Stiletto."
In 2004, AJ's husband Bud Brutsman began producing "Overhaulin," then on TLC. She understood she would be helping prank unsuspecting people, much like she had done on "The Jamie Kennedy Experiment." Instead, she began a part of a crew of talented automotive restorers, changing the world one hot rod at a time.
Before the TV series, AJ wasn't exactly a gear head, but she could hold her own in a 1990 Toyota Corolla. As her time on the series progressed, she learned how to operate a slew of new tools, and participate in some of the coolest vehicular makeovers on television.
Accompanied by host Chip Foose, AJ has confirmed that "Overhaulin" was a complete learning experience, but she's fully enjoying the fruits of her education. She's invested in a '68 Firebird as an homage to the '68 GTO her father drove when she was a child.
Since her time on "Overhaulin," AJ hasn't veered far from the fast lane. She appeared on "Hot Import Nights," and co-hosted Motortrend's "Competition Ready" TV show, which followed restomods on the road from rust to reward.
Fans of automotive reality shows can catch up with "Overhaulin" on Motortrend, along with the first season of "Competition Ready."
Adrienne "AJ" Janic continues to appear where the hot rods are, regularly posting pictures on social media of some of the souped-up muscle cars she encounters as a TV personality. Fans will be glad to hear she still hangs out at SEMA, appearing on the show's YouTube account and likely getting inspiration for her own budding car collection.

Former NASCAR Driver Jeremy Mayfield Had a Career Marred in Controversy
In NASCAR, you tend to hear a lot about the successes of big-name drivers, but not so much about those racers who had serious struggles. Former NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield is a perfect example of the latter, and while he was no Tony Stewart or Jeff Gordon, he did show talent in a race car before finding himself in some trouble.
Born in Owensboro, Kentucky, Mayfield grew up racing BMX bikes, before making the switch over to go-karts. By the age of 19, he moved to Tennessee and worked as a fabricator for Sadler Brothers Racing. After some time, he became their driver and took home Late Model Rookie of the Year honors in 1987, qualifying him to move up to the ARCA Series, where he was named Rookie of the Year in 1993.
His first NASCAR Cup Series race took place in his Ford Thunderbird at the Mellow Yellow 500, and he brought in his first career win at the Pocono 500. Racing for nearly 15 years at NASCAR’s highest level, Mayfield racked up five wins and 96 top-10 finishes out of 433 Cup Series races. This wasn’t an easy road, however, as Mayfield was in trouble more times than not.
Back in 2006, Jeremy Mayfield was let go by Evernham Motorsports and replaced by Bill Elliott. The original claim behind Mayfield’s firing was that he dropped out of the top 35 in point standings, however, with a little digging, it was uncovered that the real reason he was let go was because he made negative comments about the team owner. He stated that Ray Evernham was more focused on a developmental racer, Erin Crocker, and lacked attention toward his team. Although that was part of why Mayfield got fired, he wasn’t wrong. Three years, Evernham went on to marry Crocker, who he had been having an affair with beforehand.
Mayfield’s biggest problem was the constant substance abuse violations. 2009 was a rough year for him, following a positive drug test. NASCAR didn’t say exactly what the drug was at first, but labeled it a “drug of concern.” Mayfield was suspended indefinitely from NASCAR, though he was dead set on his innocence and pleaded his case on multiple occasions.
Around a month later, NASCAR announced that the drug Mayfield tested positive for was methamphetamine. He still denied all allegations, and stated he only took adderall and OTC drugs, but was unable to truly convince NASCAR of that. Then-NASCAR CEO Brian France, who would later have drug publicized drug problems of his own, held that if Mayfield ever wanted to come back to stock car racing, he would be required to complete NASCAR’s Road to Recovery program.
Then, there was another major incident 2011. Mayfield owned five dogs that had attacked a mail carrier in his yard, leaving her with numerous scratches and bite marks on her legs. All of the dogs were euthanized, but Mayfield dug the hole deeper after he tried to dodge the lawsuit by failing to respond. By 2012, he was ordered to pay $1 million to settle.
Also in 2011, Sheriff’s deputies searched Mayfield’s home in Catawba, after receiving tips that he was robbing places to support his drug addiction. Along with 1.5 grams of meth, authorities also found $100,000 worth of stolen items on Mayfield’s property. This included heavy machinery that had been reported stolen, and a variety of audio/visual equipment taken from racing teams.
Over time, most charges were dropped or thrown out, but he did plead to two counts of misdemeanor possession of stolen property and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.
These events in Mayfield’s life were extremely unfortunate, but it goes to show you how making the wrong choices can take you from promising star to cautionary tale.

Meet Angela Ruch: NASCAR Truck Series Driver and Pretty Cool Mom
NASCAR Truck Series driver Angela Ruch not only has the pressures of a high-stakes racing career, but she and husband Mike Ruch are also full-time parents. Based out of Charlotte, North Carolina, the Ruch family has grown to include three very small children.
For Angela Ruch, born Angela Cope, acing is a family deal. Her uncle is now part-time NASCAR Cup Series driver Derrike Cope, who also happens to be the 1990 Daytona 500 champion.
Her twin sister, Amber Cope, is a professional stock car racer, as well. In fact, the two of them made NASCAR history on October 23, 2010, as the first twins to compete in a top three series race. The day was pretty important for Angela and Amber, too, as it was their NASCAR debut in the Camping World Truck Series in Martinsville, Virginia.
In 2006, Angela Ruch and Amber Cope shared seat time in the ARCA Series. Things picked up in 2008, when Angela qualified 8th and finished 29th at the Kentucky Speedway.
Next came four NASCAR Xfinity Series starts in 2011, followed by a 2012 invitation to join SR2 Motorsports team, along with her sister, Jason White, and Benny Goodman.
Unfortunately, things weren’t exactly smooth sailing at this point. Though she would one day become the driver of the No. 00 Reaume Brothers Racing Chevrolet, Angela had a few years of spotty sponsorship, team jumping, and poor trips around the track. Still, that didn’t stop her from making her Gander Outdoor Truck Series debut at Daytona. Good thing, too, because she finished 8th in that race and became the first female driver to lead for eight laps, and the second woman to finish in the top 10.
In 2014, Angela married Mike Ruch, founder and CEO of Industrial Timber. Together, they have adopted three young children: King, Legend, and Lorde.
Together, the family has appeared on the Facebook Watch reality series The Ruch Life, an unscripted series which follows the family through the trials and tribulations of balancing the high-speed, high -takes racing career of a rising female driver, with the highs and lows of raising three small children.

Jeff Gordon’s Wife Is a Stunning Supermodel
Of course, we all know NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon is known for his success in motorsports. Only a few race car drivers can even compare to the amount of talent he had behind the wheel. However he's not the only talented one. His wife Ingrid Vandebosch has had quite the career of her own. Talk about a power couple.
She may not be as talked about in the world of racing, but in the realm of beauty, fashion, and modeling, Vandebosch has definitely got it going on. Let's learn a little bit more about Gordon's other half.
Originally born in Belgium, Ingrid Vandebosch started her modeling career by the time she was 16. It only took around a year before she was discovered by agents from Paris, which initiated her move over there. She stayed in Paris for the next seven years and worked on a variety of projects for Christian Dior perfumes. Additionally, she appeared in tons of different magazines including Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle, and Glamour. In 1990, Vandebosch won the Elite Look of the Year Award.
It was at this time that she made the big move to New York City to pursue opportunities with modeling and film. It paid off well for her because she landed movie roles in Going Greek, Taxi, and The Insider. She later became the face of a cosmetics line, Artistry. She also had her own line of lingerie as well, which saw great success. By 2008, Vandebosch even had the honor of being featured in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
Back in 2002, Jeff and Ingrid were first introduced thanks to a mutual friend that they had, but they didn't actually start dating until just over two years later. Once they were finally together, love was in the air. By 2006, they announced their engagement and the wedding involved a private ceremony in Mexico. A year later, Ingrid gave birth to their first daughter, Ella Sofia, and the following year their son Leo Benjamin was born. They've been one happy family ever since.

Tom Cruise is Obsessed with Motorcycles
You know Tom Cruise. Well, you may not know him personally, but surely you're aware of him from that one movie? The one where he feels a need for speed? Ok, what about the films in the Mission Impossible franchise? Knight and Day? Oblivion? Risky Business? Surely this is ringing a bell.
Those who are familiar with Tom Cruise's portfolio will know that he likes to perform his own stunts, particularly ultra-daring motorcycle stunts. Therefore, it's not shocking at all to learn that he has an impeccable collection of personal motorcycles.
Here are a few of the most notable motorcycles that the Hollywood daredevil has ridden. From his own personal collection to the bikes that he hand picks to be in movies with him, it's clear that Tom Cruise has impeccable taste in motorcycles.
When your net worth is somewhere around $480 million, you can afford to buy yourself a nice birthday present. At least, that appears to be the case with the nearly $104,000 Vyrus 987 C3 4V Tom rode for his 51st birthday in 2013.
Terms like "most powerful" and "most expensive" are associated with the production motorcycle, but of course, most records were made to be broken. Hailing from Italy, the Vyrus 987 C3 4V has a 1.2L engine that is able to hit 209 miles per hour. Given its lightweight frame, that should satisfy most people's need for speed.
There are at least two Ducati motorcycles associated with Hollywood legend Tom Cruise. There's the grey Ducati 999R he gifted himself for his 46th birthday. Only 200 of this model were produced, making it a truly special present, indeed. That makes it horrifying on many levels to note that the Ducati 999R was the bike he almost wrapped around a tree in Los Angeles.
Then there's the Ducati Desmosedici RR. Again, a limited edition, with only 1,000 of this bike produced. Cruise generously took Knight and Day co-star Cameron Diaz for a ride on his Desmosedici RR during filming. Considering this bike costs around $72,500 and can easily hit 200 miles per hour, that must have been an impressive Sunday drive.
In the first Top Gun film, Tom Cruise was seen riding around on mesmerizing Kawasaki GPZ900r. In true Cruise fashion, he performed his own motorcycle stunts, including racing a fighter jet. At the time, this was the first and only bike to cross the 150mph threshold, so this isn't necessarily as irrational as it may seem, though it's probably not something most riders need to try. You'll at least have to sign a waiver.
Though early reports indicated the Kawasaki GPZ900r was coming back for Top Gun 2: Maverick, early press indicates that the role of Tom Cruises's super-sweet bike will be played by a Kawasaki Ninja H2R. This is the track-ready version of Kawasaki's Ninja H2, and yes, it's the one that casually zoomed up to 248 miles per hour in just 26 seconds. Definitely fighter jet racing material for the new millennium.
Tom Cruise doesn't necessarily own every bike he has ever ridden in the Mission Impossible movie series, but popular legend has it that he had input into which motorcycles made it onscreen. It stands to reason that doing your own stunts gives you that kind of privilege.
In Mission Impossible 2, Ethan Hunt (played by Tom Cruise, of course) tools around on a 1999 Triumph Speed Triple. This was The Sports Bike to have in the 1990s. Not only could it speed around at over 140 miles per hour, it was actually designed with the rider in mind. You might not immediately think "road trip" while watching Cruise leave the bad guy on the Daytona in the dust, but the idea isn't... impossible.
The next installment in the franchise, Mission Impossible 3, starred a Triumph Bonneville Scrambler. This bike was custom-built for the movie, and allegedly auctioned off afterwards. You'll notice this bike is a bit more rugged, compared to the other bikes. The chrome. The vintage styling. It's essentially made to be stared at.
Honorable Mention goes the Confederate Hellcat Tom Cruise rode to the premiere of Mission Impossible 3. In keeping with the "rugged and manly" theme, this 121 horsepower, 140 lb/ft torque bike is a force to be reckoned with, and has gained the stamp of approval from another Hollywood fan, Brad Pitt.
Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation is the fifth installment in the Impossible Film series, and the black BMW S1000 RR. This is definitely back on track with the racing bikes, as the BMW S1000 RR was international speed superstar Michael Dunlop's ride for many a road race.
If you haven't seen Mission Impossible: Fallout, you don't want to know what happens to the BMW R nine T Scrambler. When you do watch it, just remember that not everything in the movies is real. The BMW R nine T Scrambler is absolutely real; in fact, with a starting price just around $14,000, you can custom design your own.
So what kind of motorcycles can we expect in Mission Impossible 7? Director Christopher McQuarrie has teased a few photos of a motorcycle jump, and a lot of things flying through the air independently off a cliff, but sadly, the teaser is just that. More details will surely follow.
In the meantime, we can expect Tom Cruise to continue to choose the best, the most powerful, and naturally the most expensive motorcycles for himself, Maverick, and Ethan Hunt. And once our collective jealousy subsides, maybe we can get organized and start writing up that bucket list of bikes to try.

Remembering the Late Sabine Schmitz
Terrible news was released this month informing the public that German racing driver Sabine Schmitz, also known as "Queen of the Nürburgring" had passed at age 51 following a long battle with cancer. Her charismatic personality could light up a room, and the world got to see that charm on many occasions being featured on the BBC show, as a Top Gear.
Originally from Germany, Sabine was much more than just a pretty face. She had raw talent, and quickly made a statement on the race track before she even got involved with television. Her talent eventually led to her becoming a professional motorsports driver on both the BMW and Porsche racing teams. She spent so much time at the track that she eventually became one of the best and most famous female racing drivers in Germany.
Considering recent events, it's only appropriate to look back on some of her racing accomplishments and appreciate what the racecar driver was able to do over the years. From racing to television, Sabine Schmitz undoubtedly left her impact on the world.
Sabine initially got her passion for racing as she took the family car on the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Both of her sisters also started racing, but Sabine was the only one to truly see some success in it. For both 1996 and 1997, she won the 24-Hour race at the Nürburgring using a BMW M3, and in the following year, she took home the VLN endurance racing championship win. Close to a decade later, she switched to using a Porsche 997 for the endurance racing.
One of the things that Sabine became most known for was being the fastest taxi driver on the race track. She was seen skillfully driving the BMW M5 ring taxi around the Nürburgring, and it drew lots of attention. Following this, she was essentially paid to bring people along in the taxi to show them the proper racing lines, and scare the absolute s*** out of them. Sabine had also stated that she had put down more than 20,000 laps at the track throughout her lifetime. It's understandable that she had it completely mastered.
Her talent on the Nürburgring granted her success in many ways. She created her own company, Sabine Schmitz Motorsport, which offers advanced driver training, and a ring taxi service for those passengers looking for a fun time. 2011 was the last year Sabine herself drove the ring taxi. Her popularity also led to an introduction into television. She became a motorsports guest commentator at first, then transitioned to co-host German show, D Motor. Following this, she was featured on her first British program, Jeremy Clarkson: Meets the Neighbours, where she took him for a ride around the race track. I think we all know where her television career led after this.
Sabine created countless memories for herself and so many others as she spent her time on Top Gear, and the Nürburgring. Her bubbly personality was perfect for television, and luckily, her spirit was perfectly captured anytime she was in front of a camera. She will be truly missed, and I wholeheartedly can say that she made a positive impact on the world. Rest in peace Sabine Schmitz.

What Happened to Kurt Busch’s Fraudster Ex-Girlfriend?
Back in the day, NASCAR driver Kurt Busch was known as "The Outlaw," a nickname that showcased his bad-boy reputation on and off the track. The 2004 NASCAR Cup Series champ has since dropped the problematic nickname, but, as it turns out, it was Busch's ex-girlfriend, Patricia Driscoll, who was the real outlaw all along.
In September 2019, Driscoll was sentenced to a year and a day in prison for stealing money from the Armed Forces Foundation, a non-profit veterans charity designed to help military families. Driscoll's personal life was just as messy as her professional one, as her relationship with Busch ended in her levying domestic violence allegations against him. Busch pushed back against these allegations, even going so far as to accuse Driscoll of being a trained assassin.
Patricia Driscoll started dating Kurt Busch in 2011, when her son Houston, from a previous relationship, was six years old. The two met at Walter Reed Hospital in Maryland, and at the time, Driscoll called Busch "the love of her life."
Unfortunately, things would eventually take a turn for the messy. On November 7, 2014, Busch was investigated for domestic abuse for a September 26 incident at Dover International Speedway. Driscoll alleged that Busch had slammed her head against the wall inside the couple's motorhome. From February 20, 2015 to March 11, Busch was suspended by NASCAR. In the end, there was not enough evidence to bring criminal charges against Busch. However, while testifying in court over Driscoll's request for a restraining order, Busch brought some pretty startling accusations of his own against Driscoll.
Remember that whole assassin thing we brought up earlier? Yeah, that wasn't a joke. Busch actually claimed, in court, that he believed Driscoll was a trained assassin, even going as far to say that she once showed up wearing an evening gown covered in blood. According to Busch, Driscoll bragged about taking down foreign governments and about being the inspiration for a female character in Zero Dark Thirty, the 2012 movie about the assassination of Osama bin Laden.
"Everybody on the outside can tell me I'm crazy, but I lived on the inside and saw it firsthand," Busch said at the time.
Of course, Driscoll vehemently denied the assassin accusations and nothing ever came of them. A few years later, however, she'd have some very real criminal charges to deal with.
On November 29, 2018, Patricia Driscoll was found guilty on two counts of wire fraud charges and tax evasion charges and one count of first-degree fraud by a federal jury in Washington, D.C. During her time as former executive director of the Armed Forces Foundation, Driscoll stole nearly $1 million, which she spent on jewelry, shopping trips, and other business ventures and personal expenses.
On top of her year-and-one-day prison sentence that was handed down on September 12, 2019, Driscoll was also ordered to serve 36 months supervised release, a period of home confinement, and 360 hours of community service. She also had to pay $154,289 in restitution and $81,779 in a money judgment forfeiture.
We guess that's what the outlaw life gets you.

A History of the Backflip in Freestyle Motocross
Motocross is one of the most exciting action sports around. Stars like Caleb Wyatt, Carey Hart, Mike Metzger, and the great Travis Pastrana have taken Motocross and supercross to new heights. Freestyle Motocross features countless amazing feats but none are as impactful as the backflip. The backflip is similar to the slamdunk in basketball. It has been around for a long time but is continuously being reinvented.
The first person to ever perform a backflip on a bike was Jose Yanez in 1985. No one had ever conceived of backflipping a full sized motorcycle until the '90s. At this time freestyle Motocross was in its infancy and thriving. Casey Hart made Motocross history in the Gravity Games by attempting to backflip a 250 cc motorcycle. Hart didn't quite stick the landing but that didn't stop him from making Motocross history.
Hart attempted the backflip again in 2001's X Games and suffered some serious injuries resulting in bone damage. Hart has sacrificed his body for the progression of the sport on more than one occasion. Caleb Wyatt carried the backflip torch even further in 2002 by landing the trick proving to the world that a backflip on a full sized motorcycle is possible. Casey Hart finally conquered the backflip in the FMX Best Trick during the Summer X Games of 2002. This was the same year that Mike Metzger performed two backflips in a row on a motocross bike.
These events would set a trend in motion and change the sport forever. Backflips soon became routine for riders. In 2006 Travis Pastrana changed the game by performing the double backflip. It was on in the Motocross world after that. In 2008 Jim De Champ joined in on the fun by performing a front flip for Nitro Circus Live. In 2009 Cam Sinclar completed a double backflip during Redbull x Fighters.
In 2015, Josh Sheehan perfected the backflip to trump all backflips. Sheehan nailed the first triple backflip on a motorbike at Pastranaland in Maryland. Jose Yanez could have never predicted what his trick would do to the world of BMX and Motocross years later. Doing a backflip on a full sized motorcycle was thought to be impossible once. In motorsports, impossible is just another "world's first" waiting to happen. We've come a long way from the wheelie. If you have a dirtbike of your own, we suggest you leave the flips to the pros.

Ozone Generators: Can They Remove Bad Odor and Mold From Cars?
Ozone generator reviews may have you on the fence. In a time where the importance of clean air is stressed, you might be worried about the quality of your home or car’s air. People all over the world are putting down cigarettes and are buying air purifiers in the hope of purifying their air.
Many people who detail and sell cars for a living aren’t new to ozone machines. It’s a simple odor removal hack for them. A fresh air smell and cigarette smoke stench could be what makes or breaks a sale.
Ozone gas is made of three oxygen molecules. O2 is the natural molecule we inhale. Although, once it combines with a reactive (or a broken) oxygen atom, it becomes O3. Ozone can be dangerous.
First and foremost, be sure not to expose people, plants, or pets to the generator when it’s in use.
Allergens and smoke odors are not great for air quality. These could be the reasons why you have a dry throat, itchy eyes, or ongoing cough. There are many air purification methods, but ozone generators are known to get rid of mildew.
Amazon has a variety of ozone generators. If you’re interested in increasing your indoor air quality and understand the risks of using one as an air cleaner, this option is an excellent choice for small spaces and large areas.

Stuntwoman Kerri Cameron Fearlessly Rides the "Wall of Death"
If you’ve ever been to a carnival, you know that the performers are no strangers to wild and dangerous stunts. But, what happens when you add motorcycles to the equation? I’ll tell you what happens, you end up with an insane performance called the Wall of Death. With a name like that, you know it’s going to keep you on your toes as a spectator.
The Wall of Death is essentially a carnival sideshow that features a barrel-shaped wooden cylinder that can range from 20 to 36 feet. Inside the cylinder, stunt riders will ride motorcycles or drive go-karts continuously around the walls, making them appear to completely defy gravity. They manage to keep the motorbikes planted on the walls as the crowd watches from above. Oh, and to add a little more to the challenge, they also perform stunts while riding around the wall. They’ll ride around no handed, no handed side saddle, standing up, and include many other mindblowing tricks. Talk about an adrenaline rush.
Kerri is one of the few folks that gets to ride for Luke Fox’s original Wall of Death troupe. Her previous career was in horse riding, and she claims her introduction to the Wall of Death world was purely an accident. She was laid off by her employer at the time and hit the job center to look for work. She stumbled upon the ad for the Wall of Death and decided to check it out.
It was love at first sight for Kerri when she was introduced to the wall. She hasn’t left since. Cameron claims that the key to successfully riding the wall is a mixture between balance, speed, and stamina, since you will need to battle dizziness as well as the G-forces.
The daredevil motorcyclist makes her tricks look easy, but I can assure you that this takes massive amounts of talent and skill to accomplish. Kerri also touches on the struggles of being a female in a male-dominated industry. Obviously, there are much fewer female riders than male, but Kerri does a fantastic job at being a positive role model for all the women in the audience. She admits that people are normally a little stunned to see her hop on the bike, but it brings joy to everyone’s faces when she unsuspectingly does circles around the wall. There’s no denying the ability that Cameron has. In fact, she’s likely got more guts than most of the guys out there, and she proves that with each and every performance.
We need more people like Kerri in this world. The biker took on the challenge head first and proved to everyone that she has the skill to do this intimidating stunt. She has a very uplifting personality and does a great job showing the world what woman are capable of. Keep on blowing minds, Kerri Cameron!

Inside James Hetfield’s Unbelievably Cool Car Collection
You know your car collection is cool when the Petersen Automotive Museum has some of your clutch pieces on display. "Reclaimed Rust: The James Hetfield Collection" features 10 custom hot rods from the Metallica frontman's personal collection.
The exhibit at the Petersen was supposed to run through 2020 before heading on a world tour, but then COVID-19 happened, which turned most certainties into a shiny bouquet of question marks. Therefore, if you can't get to the museum in Los Angeles, California before it closes, you can always purchase the accompanying book, Reclaimed Rust:the Four-Wheeled Creations of James Hetfield.
Rock stars and classic cars go together like a piston and rod, but Hetfield's collection goes beyond the odd custom coupe or roadster.
His first exposure to custom cars was through his father, who built and restored in the family garage. Then there was his brother's Plymouth Barracuda, which he famously wrecked and put back together with Bondo. But things really took off in the parking lot of the original McDonald's in Downey, California, which had an incredible hot rod scene during Hetfield's childhood.
Hetfield's first personal build was a 1953 Buick Special. He joined the Beatniks Car Club, which he considers his first real entry into custom car culture. One of the cars in the Petersen collection-- a 1963 Lincoln Continental by the name of "Dead Kennedy"-- reflects Hetfield's changing style over time.
Every hot rod in James Hetfield's collection is a custom car in the full sense of the term. It doesn't just have a custom paint job or interior, the whole bespoke car came out of Hetfield's mind, with design and building input from experts, most notably, Rick Dore, including the Black Pearl, Aquarius, and Skyscraper. Scott Mugford of Blue Collar Customs was also involved in vehicles like the Iron Fist and Str8Edge.
Here are a few highlights from the collection, though admittedly, it's really hard to do these amazing beauties justice in print. As you can imagine, James Hetfield's car collection is just as eclectic, exotic, and mind-blowing as the heavy metal guitarist and vocalist himself.
The inspiration for The Black Pearl was a 1948 Jaguar, but only the outer frame rails are original to the model. The engine is a Ford V8, and the rest of it is custom built.
The Black Pearl has a certain liquid sexiness to it that can be found in many of Hetfield's collection. The suicide-style doors blend seamlessly into the sweeping Art Deco styling, resulting in a teardrop shape that every 1930s European touring vehicle aspired to have.
Aquarius is a jaw-dropping sight to behold. In fact, James Hetfield recommended the Petersen display this particular vehicle on a turntable to allow the crowd to appreciate its beauty from every angle.
Once you get past the angelic glow of its silver exterior, there's the matter of its sultry shape. The styling inspiration was the 1939 Delahaye Type 165, though the rear fins, peaked windshield, and removable hard top hearken back to the American hot rods of the 1950s.
Designed to be a "floating car" with the wheels hidden from view, Aquarius seems to glide over the roads, though Hetfield admitted in an interview that sometimes getting over the odd speed bump was a little nerve-wracking.
There's no missing the smoldering red visage of Voodoo Priest. At one point in its life, Voodoo Priest was a 1937 Lincoln Zephyr. It's owner served in Vietnam, came home, left the car in his mother's driveway, and disappeared.
If the red paint and strange backstory don't capture your attention, then how about the 4.4L V12 engine that powers the strange beast? Three Stromberg 97 carburetors and some upgrades later, and this flame-shaped vehicle blazes down the road.
The styling of Voodoo Priest is so remarkable, it won the 2012 H.A. Bagdasarian Award for the “World’s Most Beautiful Custom.”
A result of James Hetfield's several collaborations with Scott Mugford, Str8Edge is unusual for a few reasons. First of all, it's a bright royal purple with a pristine white interior. Next, because it's a pickup truck. And beyond what you can see in the final product, it was already partially restored when Hetfield got his hands on it.
At one point, it was a 1956 Ford F-150. Since then, it's been customized to look like the future we dreamed of in the 1960s. It's got slick winged taillights, and a hot-rod style vented hood. It rides low, barely skimming the ground, and giving the crowd a lot to look at and a lot to like.
Legend has it that Str8Edge was one of the most difficult custom builds, based on a truck that had been chopped up to carry around its previous owner's golf cart. Today, however, it's receiving just the right level of admiration for a beast of its beauty.
Reclaimed Rust includes 10 of James Hetfield's personal hot rods. From the lilac-colored Buick Skylark know today as the Skyscraper roadster to the bronze-tinted Slow Burn with its outrigger rear wheels, the collection is equal parts art and mechancial mastery. It's rare to find custom car collections that have come directly from the brains of their creators to this level.
While you might catch a glimpse of something that might have once been a Packard or a Jaguar, the exterior has been reimagined through the mind of James Hetfield of the heavy metal band Metallica. The result is an aesthetic dreamscape that defies the base description of "custom car collection."

Dale Earnhardt’s Daughter Taylor Is a Pro Rodeo Competitor
It's no secret that the Earnhardt family loved surrounding themselves with motorsports and horsepower, but did you know they also had a thing for horses as well? Seven-time NASCAR Champion Dale Earnhardt Sr. kept lots of them on his private estate as his kids were growing up, and his daughter Taylor Nicole Earnhardt developed a real love toward these animals.
It eventually turned into a passion, especially when she found out about competing in different rodeo events. Her father, being a NASCAR Hall of Fame driver and team owner of Dale Earnhardt, Inc. (DEI), taught Taylor to use that same competitive nature to thrive in the world of barrel racing. Her skill in the sport quickly brought her to become a professional rodeo competitor, which she still continues to do to this day.
Even on top of her career surrounding horses and rodeos, she still finds time to help others. Taylor acts as the spokeswoman for the Dale Earnhardt Foundation, alongside her mother Teresa Earnhardt. This organization commits itself to children, education, and environmental preservation, and they've raised millions of dollars to support their cause so far.
Even though Taylor stays extremely busy in her professional career, she's managed to expand the Earnhardt family as well. Back in 2012, she got married to her husband Brandon Putnam in Mooresville, North Carolina, officially making her Taylor Earnhardt Putnam. As she walked down the isle, "Bless the Broken Road" by Rascal Flatts was the song of choice, and the two rode to the reception in a cherry red 1946 pickup truck from Dale Earnhardt's classic car collection.
Back in 2016, Taylor and Brandon welcomed their beautiful first child to the world, Sage Nicole Putnam. She may be only four years old, but judging by Taylor's Instagram, she's already been surrounded with some pretty awesome experiences. You can check out even more pictures and video updates on her page.
Something tells me this child is going to love horses as she gets older. Taylor knows the value of family thanks to how she grew up, and it certainly seems like she'll be giving her child the best life possible.
Between Taylors success in her own life, and Dale Earnhardt Jr/Sr's success in racing, there's definitely something great in the Earnhardt bloodline. It's awesome to see everything that Taylor was able to accomplish, while also creating a family for herself. Earnhardt Sr would be proud.

Remastered Footage Shows Mario Andretti Race in 1966 Indy 500
Whether you’re a diehard auto racing fan or just a casual spectator, you’ve likely heard the name Mario Andretti. Boasting a career spanning more than 30 years, Andretti pretty much did it all, racing in everything from Formula One to IndyCar to USAC to NASCAR. With a Formula One World Championship, four IndyCar titles, and numerous other awards and accolades under his belt, Andretti will not only go down as a racing legend, but an overall sports icon.
Of course, despite having plenty of victories throughout his career, Andretti had his fair share defeats, too. And, many of those crushing defeats came at the Indianapolis 500. Yet, even in defeat, Andretti was really something else to watch on the track. In the above remastered footage from Indianapolis Motor Speedway, we get an incredible POV look at Andretti running a lap during the 1966 Indy 500. It’s hard to imagine that this happened more than 50 years ago. Just check out at how amazing that looks!
Now, like 28 of his 29 attempts at the Indy 500, Andretti’s ’66 running ended in disappointment. Despite leading for 11 laps, he eventually had to drop out due to a valve issue. It wasn’t until three years later, at the 1969 Indy 500, when Andretti took his first, and only, trip to victory lane at the Indianapolis race.
Unfortunately, this win came with a steep price and spawned what many refer to as the “Andretti Curse,” which kicked off a string of bad luck at Indianapolis Motor Speedway that not only affected Mario, but also his son Michael, his son Jeff, his nephew John, and his grandson Marco. Reputation wise, most racers probably couldn’t bounce back from a “curse” of that magnitude. But most racers aren’t Mario Andretti.
Mario Andretti’s valve issue wasn’t even close to being the only mishap at the 1966 Indy 500. Following a first-lap crash involving Billy Foster and Gordon Johncock, 11 racers were eliminated right off the bat, including Foster, A.J. Foyt, Gary Congdon, Cale Yarborough, Arnie Knepper, Al Miller, Bobby Grim, Larry Dickson, Ronnie Duman, Billy Foster, Don Branson, and Dan Gurney (who you may remember for his famous Eagle car and as the founder of All American Racers). Though they were also involved in the crash Johncock, Carl Williams, Mel Kenyon, Joe Leonard, and Bud Tingelstad, were able to successfully restart the race.
Of the 33 competitors, only SEVEN ultimately finished, marking the fewest finishers ever in an Indy 500. But, the problems didn’t stop there.
Despite a promising run from rookie Jackie Stewart — who led for 40 laps in John Mecom’s Lola T90-Ford, but was eliminated after his oil pressure dropped too low — Firestone-sponsored Graham Hill was declared the winner, with Jim Clark getting second and Jim McElreath getting third. However, this victory was marred in controversy, as Clark and his Lotus team thought that should have been declared winners. It was later theorized that when Al Unser’s car, having been painted nearly identical to Clarks, crashed out on lap 161, Clark was mistakenly dinged, leading to him dropping back significantly in the restart position.
Unfortunately for Clark, when the standings were released the day after the race, they remained unchanged and Colin Chapman and Andy Granatelli, the entrants of Clark’s Lotus team, declined to file an official protest. Apparently Mario Andretti wasn’t the only racer to have bad luck at the Indy 500.

"Graveyard Carz" Star Allysa Rose Is Crazy About Mopar Muscle Cars
Fans of the Motortrend reality tv show Graveyard Carz can't help but root for Allysa Rose. She's young, she's gorgeous, and she knows more than a thing or two about the classic Mopar muscle cars that come into the shop.
But of course, there's more to her than what we see on the tv show. Allysa is more than a tv personality. She's a dancer, a mother, a daughter, and has the chops to resurrect some of the most stunning Mopar restos around.
It's no secret that Allysa Rose is the daughter of Graveyard Carz producer Mark Worman. Growing up in Springfield, Oregon, she helped her dad out in the garage, tinkering with cars from a young age. Thanks in part to their shared interest in dirt bikes and quad racing, Allysa Rose can absolutely hold her own with some of the tough vehicles that she comes across on the show. In fact, her personal car is a Dodge Charger.
But fans of the reality tv show may not realize that Mark Worman also accompanied his daughter to regular dance classes. She's actually a very accomplished dancer who has been professionally trained in several very different styles of dance, including hip hop, jazz, classical ballet, ballroom dancing, hula, and krumping.
Allysa Rose briefly and very famously dated UFC fighter Anthony Johnson, but she is currently in a relationship with Chris Wanke. According to some very adorable pics shared on social media posts, they celebrated the birth of their second child together, a daughter named Capri, in February 2021. Their first daughter, Brooklyn Monroe Wanke was born in January 2015.
Allysa was previously married to Australian footballer Josh Rose. They also share a daughter, Emma. Fans of the reality tv star may remember that Emma was just one month old during Season 1 of "Graveyard Carz." In August 2020, Allysa posted proud mama pics of her daughter's tenth birthday, proving that time flies faster than the high horsepower muscle cars Allysa has brought back to life.
Despite the popularity of the show "Graveyard Carz," there are quite a few things that are unknown about Allysa. She has a strong social media following, but like many reality tv show celebs, she knows when to keep her private life, private. For example, her date of birth-- and those of her children-- aren't public. She hasn't specifically disclosed her exact relationship with Chris Wanke, or the reasons for her divorce from Josh Rose. Experts speculate that her net worth is around $1 million, but we don't exactly have firm confirmation of that.
What we do know is that Allysa is an extremely talented young woman who brings a sassy, classy touch to the Graveyard Carz garage. Serving as the perfect foil for her father and his best friend Royal Yoakum, the camaraderie, chaos, and craftsmanship displayed on the Motortrend reality tv show makes it a shoe-n for fan favorite among today's many motor shows.

Meet Juliana Daniell: Former Miss Supercross & Fitness Model
Juliana Daniell isn't exactly your typical woman. I mean, aside from being drop dead gorgeous, she's extremely versatile in the jobs that she holds. It's crafted quite a lucrative and successful career for her so far, and I feel as if she's only just getting started.
Although she had already been making a name for herself, Daniell's stardom grew even further within the last couple years after being named Miss Supercross back in 2016. Her resume is actually quite impressive, so we're going to take a look at what she's been involved with in her professional life, and you'll see just about all the proof you need to confirm her talent.
As of 2020, Juliana Daniell had an estimated net worth somewhere in the realm of $1 to 3 million. Absolutely, that's impressive, but how did she get up to that level of success? Well, it wasn't just one specific career path.
Originally born in Georgia, Daniell kickstarted her career as a swimmer for Virginia Tech. As she dedicated her time toward cardio and physical training in order to prepare, she developed a real passion for fitness and bodybuilding. This introduced her into a whole new world, and she went on to become a multiple-time Miss Bikini Olympia contestant, IFBB Bikini Pro competitor, and even a two-time Arnold Classic International invitee. Her beauty and determination hadn't gone unnoticed, as she's been on tons of different fitness magazine covers including FitnessRx.
To say she made a splash in Atlanta would be an understatement. Not only was she a rapidly growing model at this time, but she served as a cheerleader for the Atlanta Hawks NBA team, a Tomahawk team member for the Atlanta Braves in MLB, and a Blue Crew member for NHL's Atlanta Thrashers. With all the exposure, Daniell started to grow a decent sized following, but as she transitioned into motorsports work her fans began to multiply.
Juliana was first named Miss Supercross for the Monster Energy AMA Supercross season in 2016. On top of being a spokeswoman for the sport, she also aided in different promotions both nationally and local on the championship's social media, held the 30-second sign before each main event, and met with the top-three finishers in each of the motocross races. No matter if Honda, Yamaha, or KTM was bring home a victory, she would be right there to interview the rider. For the next four years, she excelled at the position and drew in massive amounts of new viewers.
As for today, she may not be entirely with Supercross anymore, but you can still find her as a host on NBC sports. There's also an abundance of pics on her Instagram, and Facebook giving everyone something to look at, while also showing what she's currently up to. I give her credit for being such a go-getter, and handling the pressure like an absolute boss.

Cheyenne Ruether Made It Big as an Auto Body Tech
You have to love a woman that knows her way around a car. Especially when she does as good of work as Cheyenne Ruether at Welder Up. You've probably seen some of her work showcased on the Discovery Channel TV show, Vegas Rat Rods. Ruether eats, sleeps, and bleeds classic cars, and her upbeat attitude and natural draw to hot rods proves that.
Her passion is understandable when you consider how she grew up. Her father and brother owned an auto body shop, so she's been playing around with cars since the young age of six. She would regularly race, off-road, and demolish vehicles to later help repair them in the shop. Her interest actually grew so much that she joined an apprenticeship in 10th grade at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
She wasted no time and hopped into journeyman auto body tech, refinisher, body prep, and painting jobs to really perfect her craft. She eventually received her Red Seal Journeyman Certificate from NAIT, and helped restore some seriously cool rides along the way including a '70 Chevrolet Chevelle, '69 Chevy Camaro, and a '66 El Camino. She also personally bought a '67 Buick Skylark at the age of 18. Due to lack of funds, she couldn't go all out on it, but she still managed to make a custom front end, take it down to bare metal, craft her own clear coat, and create a unique looking hot rod.
Of course, her talent was showcased worldwide as she took on the role as a TV personality at the Las Vegas, Nevada shop alongside Steve Darnell and his crew of talented fabricators. While she did get a chance to work on some fun projects during this time, and she did appreciate her time spent there, she felt as if it didn't exemplify her true talent. After 12 episodes, she returned back home to care for her daughter and purse other opportunities.
Reuther has worked for a ton of different automotive shops and even helped build some cars that made it into SEMA. While we might not see her as often on television, there's no doubt she's still hard at work. Currently she works as the lead auto body tech and bodyshop manager at Nefarious Kustoms. Her instagram is also full of photos showing what project she's currently working on.
Ever since she got started working with cars, Cheyenne never looked back, and that's how it's supposed to be when you have a passion. Her dedication has turned her into an expert in the industry, and I'll tell you what, I can't wait to see what she creates next.

The Brawl at the 1979 Daytona 500 Put NASCAR on the Map
The 1979 Daytona 500 was historic for a number of reasons. Richard Petty won the race — his sixth win at the Daytona 500 — but the victory was overshadowed by a collision and fistfight at Daytona International Speedway between some of the most popular race car drivers of that time.
It was the 21st Daytona 500 in NASCAR history, and it was the first time a 500-mile race was televised from start-to-finish. CBS Sports aired the race, and millions of viewers tuned in for one of the most memorable finishes in the NASCAR history. It wasn't Petty's win, though, that made the race so memorable. As it turns out, a wreck on the final lap led to a scrap between Cale Yarborough and Donnie and Bobby Allison. And the rest is motorsports history.
Cale Yarborough and Donnie Allison were battling for the lead on the final lap of the NASCAR Cup Series race when the two collided into the Turn 3 wall on the backstretch. Both Yarborough's stock car and Allison's car went into the infield grass as Petty held off now NASCAR Hall of Fame inductee Darrell Waltrip for the checkered flag. As Petty started to celebrate his win in victory lane, a fight broke out between Yarborough and Allison.
Donnie's brother Bobby joined in the fight, and the Yarborough vs. the Allison brothers scrap was caught on camera as viewers from all across the country witnessed the brawl.
Both Allison and Yarborough blamed each other for the last-lap fight, and both NASCAR drivers ended up getting fined for letting their tempers get the better of them.
The 1979 Daytona 500 was one of the first major events that garnered nationwide attention for NASCAR. The story of the fight even made the front page of The New York Times. It's no surprise, then, that the fateful day in Daytona Beach, Florida is considered, by auto racing fans and experts alike, to be what ultimately put NASCAR on the map.

Did You Know Dale Earnhardt Supported Removing the Confederate Flag?
“What would Dale do?”
For many NASCAR fans, that hypothetical question is essentially treated as the sport’s unofficial motto. The late Dale Earnhardt Sr. — a seven-time Cup Series champion — is almost unequivocally considered to be the greatest to ever step foot inside a stock car. The American hero of stock car racing, taken from us too soon. Many former NASCAR fans even invoke Earnhardt’s name as the primary reason behind their lapsed fandom. NASCAR died the day Dale Sr. died, they say.
With NASCAR’s recent announcement that it would be banning the Confederate flag from all events and properties, many of those frustrated with the auto sanctioning body’s decision probably found themselves invoking The Intimidator’s name once again. “What would Dale do?” Well, the Kannapolis, North Carolina native would have, without a doubt, supported the Confederate flag’s removal.
During an episode of the Fast Lane Family podcast back on April 29, 2015 — which would have been Dale Senior’s 64th birthday — Earnhardt’s oldest daughter, Kelley Earnhardt Miller, shared a story about Dale that she promised would “show a lot about my dad’s heart.”
“On my dad’s truck, he had this sticker with a rebel flag that said ‘American by birth, Southern by the grace of God.’ At the time, we had this housekeeper named Ann, and she was the most awesome lady. She was an African-American lady, and she asked my stepmother about my dad’s rebel flag on the back of his truck.
“And so the next thing we know my dad’s out there with a knife and a razor blade, and he’s cutting the rebel flag out of the sticker. He didn’t want to offend anybody or make anybody mad in that manner. It was so sweet. It was a little kind-hearted thing. She just thought that was the best. She’s like, ‘That’s just so awesome that you would do that.’ He had a good heart, a big heart.”
As it turns out, Senior’s eventual disdain for the Confederate flag was passed down to his son, Dale Earnhardt Jr.
“I think if it’s offensive to an entire race, it really does nothing for anybody to be there flying,” Dale Jr. said back in 2015, in support of South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley’s call to remove the Confederate flag from the grounds of the State House. “It belongs in the history books, that’s about it.”
More recently, on June 3, 2020, Junior welcomed Bubba Wallace, the only African-American driver in the Cup Series, on his Dale Jr. Download podcast. Wallace opened up about everything from what it’s like to be black in NASCAR to his own personal experiences with racial injustice.
On June 10, Wallace appeared on CNN to call for the Confederate to be banned from all NASCAR races. Two days later, NASCAR made the official decision.

How to Make Homemade Car Air Fresheners With Essential Oils
$20 for an air freshener that won’t last long is pretty pricey, and I’m overpaying for it. For a quick and budget-friendly hack, you can make homemade car air fresheners for under $20. There are many ways to circulate your DIY car air freshener in your vehicle. Some choose to place clothespins in their air vents. Yep, drop some of your favorite essential oils onto a clothespin for an essential oil air freshener.
Another method is using a glass jar. Glass jars are mostly associated with gel air fresheners. Fill a mason jar with your air freshener recipe and place it in your cup holder. Since there are many ways to make car air fresheners, do not get discouraged.
As long as essential oils aren’t dripping all over your seats, you’ll be fine! Be sure also to check out YouTube for tutorials.

Maybe you haven’t invested in an essential oil diffuser yet. A few of my favorite essential oils are peppermint and lavender. Lavender is relaxing, and many believe peppermint is a great natural remedy for headaches.

Joe Rogan’s Muscle Cars Are Custom Beauties
Joe Rogan is has grown into a very well-known name thanks to his popular podcast called The Joe Rogan Experience. He was named the highest-earning podcaster by Forbes, even before he signed a licensing deal with Spotify for $100 million. Rogan went from hosting "Fear Factor" to a career in as a UFC commentator and a stand up comedian, all while maintaining his podcast.
As his career truly began to take off and his net worth increased, he found it easier to fund his hobby as a car enthusiast. Ever since he got his first car, an MK. IV Toyota Supra, it's been clear that Rogan had a thing for high-performance vehicles. While he's had a wide variety of foreign sports cars such as the Acura NSX, BMW M3, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and the Tesla Model S, his obsession appears to be focused on the iconic American muscle cars. Let's take a look at a few of the badass rides that have come in and out of his car collection.
He owns a restomod 1965 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray and it looks fantastic. You may have even seen this car make a surprise appearance on Jay Leno's Garage. He took the car to Jay to inspect before he took off on a drive to the Los Angeles hills. The Corvette's engineering and design was drastically improved by Steve Strope at Pure Vision Design. Rogan's car was fitted with a Chevy LS1 V8 engine with a Magnusson supercharger giving it more than enough power to back up its good looks. It required custom brackets just to fit this thing under the hood. It also features a retro-style custom interior.

Additionally, Joe added a restomod 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, nicknamed "sick fish" to his collection. The redesign of this Cuda was done by the star of the Overhaulin' TV show, automobile designer Chip Foose. As for the actual build, it was put together by Troy Trepanier. The engine was replaced with a Chrysler Hemi V8. This classic car was transformed into a beautiful work of art. Although it looked amazing, Rogan admitted that it was not very practical or pleasurable as a daily driver. After realizing that the car was much better off as a show piece, he ended up selling it to another car collector.
His 1974 Chevrolet Nova SS is truly one of a kind. Joe Rogan consulted once again with Steve Strope and stated that he wanted something very special that would never roll off of a GM assembly line. To do that, they decided to strip the car down to bare metal and fit the Nova with Camaro parts. They chopped the roof, and completely re-did both the engine and suspension. Rogan didn't get his inspiration from Chevy, instead he drew ideas from a 1980's Porsche. He wanted the car to be the fastest vehicle he owned, and the end result is stunning. It would be interesting to see how his Sharkwerks Porsche GT3 would stack up against this Nova in a race.
Now, trust me, his car collection doesn't stop here. He has much more practical vehicles in his fleet like a modern Ford Mustang, off-road capable vehicles like his Ford Bronco, and even a luxurious SUV for when he wants a smoother ride. However, it definitely appears that he takes special pride in his muscle cars. He has a great taste in vehicles, and has the ability to afford the expensive hobby. He'll often talk about his vehicles on his podcast so be sure to tune in if you want to keep up with his next projects.
