I can’t believe how good jerky is. My hot sauce is the best according to everyone else, but the red tape and permission means you’ll never know. I was planning on doing a hot sauce bar to customize heat levels, thickness, sour levels, Smokeyness, colors, meat specific, fresh vs funky, sweetness, and rare ingredients. I’d log your recipe and you can put whatever name you want on it. My hot sauce is uncut. I want to sell a 4 bottle combo with the OG sauce and then a empty mixing bottle and a not hot sauce, and then a small super hot bottle. That way you can customize your heat levels and add more sour or vinegar, or fresh cilantro or other herbs for around $20-$30.
