I recently watched this video: Home Builders are SCREWED (Cancelled Contracts / Housing Crash SOON) by ReVenture Consulting. The premise of the video is that as mortgage interest rates surge, it will make buying a home in in US Real Estate Market much more expensive. As a result, a deluge of cancelled contracts is about to infect the US Housing Market, which will be a big problem for home builders and could cause a housing crash. On today's video, I give you my perspective as a real estate broker, investor and developer.
