6min Home BIGGER BACK Workout (DUMBBELLS ONLY!). Need a killer home back workout? This dumbbell workout will torch your back fast! With this routine we'll be performing 7 exercises to hit your upper back, middle back and lower back (as well as your rear delts and upper traps too!).

We're going to perform the 1st set together, and if you want to challenge yourself try and repeat this workout for 2-3 total rounds (for reference I'm using a pair of 25lb dumbbells in the video). Good luck, and let me know in the comments how many rounds you could complete!
