Synopsis:
Joel checks on the laundry room electrical layout in a 4-story downtown Indianapolis home. Laundry rooms are required to have enough power to operate a washer and dryer, and must abide by all the code pertaining to the presence of water.

Though this particular laundry room is up to code, there are several design choices that Joel would change, and some additional additions & choices that he commends!
