🍿 Letters to Satan Claus (2020)
4.8/10 IMDb

This movie is a parody of hallmark Christmas movies. Some of the characters have Christmas themed names like Faith, Noel, Cookie, and Joy Wreath.

🍿Better Watch Out (2017)
6.5/10 on IMDb

In Better Watch Out, you have a babysitter named Ashley and the twelve-year-old boy she’s babysitting. His name is Luke and for some reason, he thinks he’s a man now, so he starts hitting on her. Ashley is 17 and completely uninterested, plus she has a boyfriend.

As the night goes on, a brick is thrown through a window upstairs with a message attached. What happens next is far from your typical home invasion movie. It’s not what you expect. You can watch this for free on Tubi. https://tubitv.com/video/504160

🍿Black Christmas (1974)
7.2 IMDb

This is one of my favorite movies.

Black Christmas is a horror Christmas classic that was inspired by the babysitter and the man upstairs urban legend as well as a series of murders that took place in Montreal in 1943. You can watch this for free on YouTube Movies. https://youtu.be/

🍿P2 (2007)
5.9 on IMDb

P2 takes place in a Manhattan parking garage on Christmas Eve. The movie was actually inspired by several real-life attacks on women in Paris parking garages.

🍿Dead End (2003)
6.5 on IMDb

Dead End is the story of a dysfunctional family on their way to visit a relative on Christmas Eve.
The father, played by Ray Wise, says they’ve taken the same route for 20 years, so he wants to switch it up. BIG mistake!

🍿Tales From the Crypt “And All Through the House" (1989) Season 1, episode 2
https://youtu.be/Pv4yN-lU31g

This episode takes place on Christmas Eve. While the credits are rolling, you hear Nat King Cole and you see a cozy fireplace.

You see a woman pick up a fire poker, and a man reading a book. He then looks at the fire and says something needs to be done about it. He asks if she has the poker. She says yes and he responds with, “well, let me have it!” And boy does she.

🍿Devil’s Pass (2013)
5.7 on IMDb

Devil’s Pass is a found footage style horror movie that’s inspired by the dyatlov pass incident that took place in 1959 in Russia.
