Hi! 🖐 Today we will do ABS workout.
It's not very difficult, so it's suitable FOR BEGINNERS or as a supplement after a full workout.
Workout plan:
✅ 8 Exercises
✅ 40 sec. WORK
✅ 10 sec. REST
✅ 2 circles.
