Rally against obscene books in Texas ISD! Part 7

These young women proudly shared their books that they said were “on the banned list and bought them just for this.”

The mother said that they have read several of the banned books and that they are “perfectly fine, although they have some colorful language. The book is wonderful for anyone that may be LGBTQ or a victim of assault. They are wonderful books.”

When asked, she said that they are banned because they don’t want to talk about LGBTQ and want anyone that are those things to go back under a rock and hide.

Her kids are in 9th, 8th, and 6th grade.
