Rally against obscene books in Texas ISD! Part 6

A woman was kind enough to speak with me at the Rally against obscene books in Texas ISD in McKinney, TX on April 2nd, 2022.

She held a sign that read “I have the freedom to read” and stated that “they are going to ban books.”

She compares them to Hitler and states that “they say they are for freedom, but they are trying to take away freedom from her children to read.”

A man carrying an American flag shared his differing thoughts with her and they had a very healthy conversation before many.

There was no resolution in the end, but a positive conversation did take place.
