Making Vegan Beef and Broccoli

Hey guys we're back in the kitchen making some Tofu and Broccoli! (Sorry for the poor quality my camera wasn't cooperating today.) This is my take on the classic Chinese dish "beef and broccoli". I have never made this before but I'm pleased with the end result! What's your go to Chinese food dish?

Ingredients:

Tofu
Broccoli
Onion
3 cups Vegetable broth/or substitute (boiled potato water)
1/4 cup Flour (or until thick)
Dash of Soy Sauce
Salt
Pepper
Adobo
Olive Oil
Rice

Directions:

Boil the potato water and remove the potatoes and put to the side. Cut and add the broccoli and onion to an oiled pan/wok. Add salt, pepper, and adobo. Add vegetable broth and then add flour to the liquid while it's warm, add soy sauce and reduce until thick. Cube and add tofu until warm, then serve over rice.
