Sanctions Failed In Russia, So Time to Double-Down? Zelensky Graces the Grammy's Over Negotiations

Peace Talks can resume between Ukraine and Russia as soon as Zelensky's done making the rounds on all the Hollywood stops; but how else is he going to get his face out there and advertise for his post-Presidency?

According to the Prime Minister of Poland, the reason the Sanctions against Russia failed was because they weren't strict enough against everyday people. Huh, punish people who are innocent, shouldn't Poland have first-hand knowledge that that's not the right thing to do?
