This MirrorMate installation video demonstrates how to install your custom bathroom mirror frame against a backsplash. In a few easy steps, you’ll have a beautiful new framed mirror.

Here’s how to frame a bathroom mirror by MirrorMate, step by step:
1. Select a frame from the MirrorMate website and place your order.
2. We’ll send you a kit with four frame pieces marked “top” and “bottom.”
3. Lay the four frame pieces face down and slide something under each corner to protect your frame and the floor.
4. Optional step: To better hide the corner seam, color the upper edges of the frame with the coordinating marker (provided in the kit).
5. Next, apply glue across the entire edge of the first corner (wiping off any excess).
6. Insert the flat-capped connector in the outer slot, and tap it in. Repeat for each corner.
7. Next, insert all the small connectors.
8. Once the frame is assembled, carefully turn it over and lay it on the floor (with the front side facing up).
9. Wipe off any glue with a damp cloth and adjust the legs, if needed.
10. While the glue dries, clean the outside edge of your mirror with rubbing alcohol.
11. When the glue is dry, have a friend help you test-fit the frame to the mirror.
12. Now you’re ready to install the mirror!
13. Dog-ear the tape backing, pulling toward the center of the frame.
14. Rest the mirror on the backsplash with the top of the mirror angled away from the mirror (towards you).
15. Position the frame and make sure it’s properly aligned on top of your backsplash before pulling off the dog-eared tape.
16. Finally, push the frame firmly to the mirror’s surface on all sides.
17. You’re finished! Enjoy your beautiful new frame!
