Equipment
One glass jar 12 ounces are above with loosefitting top
One Food scale

Day one
50 g of flour Or half cup If you don’t have a scale and you’re using cup measurements please make sure you level off your measuring cups
50 g of filtered water 1/4 cup water

Day 2 and 3 are the same measurements Of water and flour

Day 3make sure that you discard half of your sourdough starter
