Create a goal, however small it is, to make someone's life better. Then, make yourself responsible & accountable for reaching that goal.

Your goal can also be a goal of making the lives of many people better, but I like to start with something smaller and more manageable, so I stick to one person. Ensure that you set a goal that, when met, will legitimately improve the life of the targeted individual.

Then, see to it that you accomplish your goal.
